Rachel answered me with her friendly voice and guaranteed me I can have one of her techs by my house within 20 minutes to detect for moisture with their high tech thermal imaging camera. Patrick and Kevin came on time, dressed professionally and ready to start working.

They detecred that most of my ceiling was moist so they recommended that we addread the leak and removal of damp ceiling at the same time to prevent mold growth. They easily could have charged me more than $1,000 try to dry my floors that would have resulted in me still having warped floors, but he didn't, as my floors are floating and can't be fixed this way.
