I am happy with Advanced Security. Blaine originally came out and gave me an estimate and then Tom and Donato came and installed a wireless security system and also a hardwired 4 camera outdoor system. During the installation they were very professional and respectful of my home. Wearing shoe covers while working inside. The security cameras were hardwired so there was a lot of work running wire from the cameras then under the house and up through the floor to the hard drive box. Everything was done beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

Jeff was wonderful walking me through how to set up keycards for the team, and understand how to work with the app and the website. He noticed that I was missing a section I didn't even know about and spent almost an hour on the phone with multiple tech support specialists until he resolved the issue for me, when he could've easily pretended he didn't see it. Would highly recommend to anyone in the cannabis industry, or any other business with high security needs!

I was owed a refund for the month of Dec never received despite calling twice and asking for it to be sent. Also their salesman Blaine is extremely lazy, never calls back after he completes the sale. Sleep walking business that gets to exist because of lack of competition in Eureka, which is reminiscent of a lot of business in this town.

On a few occasions when we haven't paid attention to the 'low battery alert on our monitor, their dispatchers have notified us to prevent our service from being interrupted. I am extremely pleased with the quality of customer service from Advanced Security Systems. In the middle of a remodel, we realized our motion sensor needed to be relocated. Not only was this taken care of on the same day I called, but Jeff also alarmed our new window at my request though that was not requested in the original call. Jeff took the time to make sure all of our alarm needs were met before leaving. I highly recommend Advanced Security Systems!

Professional, highly recommended - Jeff Morris in particular. The company has proven to be devoted to customer satisfaction and gets the job done. This is actually a very important statement, given the challenges with the unique requirements of many (most?) installations, including ours. Service was prompt (even early - wow.!), proactive (think about it - they identified a problem with the system before we even knew about it) and the installed technology is modern and up-to-date. Jeff, in particular, was friendly yet persistent in identifying problems and root causes - and in using his extended resources, in addition to his own skills and experiences to solve problems. Have now used advanced security twice. First was in our home in Bayside and now in Trinidad. Because we live in Texas we needed a complete video as well as security system that we could access remotely. We also had to make sure it had enough data storage to accommodate 45 days of video storage. They designed and installed systems at a fair price and had the reliability and functionality we desired. The installation was flawless and their crew was professional. Needless to say we highly recommend Advanced Security.

We work with Dan Toews in Crescent City and he has installed two systems for us, one in our office and one at our residence, we have had the systems installed for a few years. I was out of town when, early in the morning, someone attempted to break into our home while my wife and daughter were asleep. The intruder pried a window open on the opposite side of the house and the alarm went off. It is clear to me that if we did not have the system, my wife and daughter would have been dealing with an intruder in our home. That is still a frightening prospect.

I want to let you know we were very impressed with Scott and Dave. They are very professional and have a great sense of humor (which always works well with me). They did a great job of getting everything done with the least amount of disruption to the office. Our monitor is in the reception area and they worked around customers and phone calls.

What more can be said about Advanced Security Systems. I worked there for awhile, have gone to church with the owners and their families for forever and their service to all is always the same, "fantastic". Very caring and considerate of each persons needs and providing them the services needed. Even though the team changes over time, their service seems to stay on point. We never thought of any other security service but Advanced Security when we bought our home. Thank you Chuck and Rick for all that you do!
