Hardlines Design Founded in 1990, Hardlines Design Company is a woman- and minority-owned firm that offers the advantages of stability, nationwide project experience, and a multi-disciplinary team in the fields of architecture, planning, and historic preservation. In addition to being able to provide the full spectrum of architectural services, HDC has a thorough understanding of cultural resources management, resource evaluation procedures, and mitigation activities. Buildings in the U.S. annually consume more than 30% of our nation's total energy and 60% of our electricity. Buildings also consume 5 billion gallons of potable water a day just to flush toilets.
