Recommendation for Gean Roofing The work by Gean Roofing stands out - the project was performed on time and within the budget. The team re shingled the roof of our 26 year old home and we are pleased with the experience. We have lived 9 years in our home. During that time we had minor issues with the roof. So when we set out to consider new shingles for the house there was nothing to be fixed and no pressure.

Therefore we were fortunate to approach this project knowing that it needed to be done at some point in time, yet not immediately required. Anticipating that the savings account dedicated for home expenses would not cover the cost we established a home equity line of credit. Financing was secured in spring of 2020. One key step was to simply ask two of our neighbors for referrals.

In fall of 2021, we solicited proposals from 4 different companies. One local builder - general contractor, two locally owned roofing companies and one large regional specialist. We contacted Gean roofing, met with Rod Anderson a couple of times and a brief introduction to Jason Gean. Comparing the numbers in the 4 different proposals was easy. Gean was neither on top or bottom of the quotes.

We had the need to have our roof inspected due to a poor installation by another company. The inspector (Bruce) was prompt and spent time explaining things to us while he was here. Jason Gean and staff did a roof tear off replacing several sheets of plywood. Installed new and additional roof vents along with new shingles. The team did a fantastic job. Every member new their role and executed it wonderfully. The workmanship and quality of job was exemplary. Fair pricing and terms given for the project.
