Pilot Painting & Construction

I live in the Crosspointe Village neighborhood in Stanton, CA where the crew from Pilot Painting have been doing exterior paint work for a few months. The time finally came for my condo unit to be worked on. And once I saw the crew starting to prep for the work, I had a lot of questions. But luckily I met and spoke to Tony (Antonio Rosas) and his crew before they got started. Tony listened to all of my comments and answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about the work to be performed. Tony and his crew also went above and beyond by taking special care about masking things that should not be painted.

And if they were not sure about moving, or removing something, the crew asked first before making a rushed decision. I am simply writing to let Pilot Painting know what a great job Tony and his crew did. I am a strong believer that when good work is performed that it should be recognized. Whatever Pilot Painting has to do to make sure Tony and his crew work on the best jobs, they should do it! Great quality work, great leaders, and a great team!

They replaced exterior wood trim then painted at our condo complex. Nice job and helpful polite crew. Thanks Pilot!

I am so happy with pilot painting. Jesus Espino and his team are professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

Pilot Painting was commissioned by our condo hoa to repaint the exterior of all buildings. We received notice to move items in prep. Roommates and I moved all items as a result. However, even though we were home during the work and spoke to workers the workers proceeded to remove everything, not a big deal when done professionally. But no, they moved everything carelessly damaging outdoor plants, plant rocks, furniture.

If they had knocked or rung the bell we would have relocated everything that best suited the crew. Instead the damaged our stuff. Additionally we had a political sign out front, which admittedly we forgot to remove, and instead of putting it with the other items they threw it in the bushes of our neighbors yard. The crews also hooked up to our water spigot to pressure wash 2 other houses.

When they were approached they blew us off and said it doesn't matter even though we all have separate utilities. None of the crew were wearing PPE or any sort of face coverings. The problem got worse 2 days later when they damaged even more of our items as seen in the photos. Turns out these items were not in an area that was being painted, but were damaged because they were using a ladder to go from our yard neighbor's yard.

When we mentioned this to corporate they said "we wouldn't approach the neighbor about using garage access as opposed to doing it this way because of the virus". Odd since none of their crew was wearing PPE, so the virus only counts when they want it to? Advised our HOA not to use again.

I went to apply and they told me i was too heavy to climb the ladder and the guy who did the hiring is fat himself acting like he skinny

Brian, I want to commend you, Jose and Oscar for a flawless job. Jose was on top of all the estimating, scheduling around our customers and keeping things moving on track. Oscar and his crew were on time every morning and worked hard all day. Every need and concern with the store owners was accommodated in every way with professionalism.

Top notch company. Always responsive & helpful. They do great work, and I highly recommend them. Allison is a great addition to their team.

Out of all the different trades that have worked on this project, one company stands out. That company is Pilot Painting. Rodolfo and his entire crew have done a wonderful job. His lead by example type of leadership is great. Everyone talks about quality, but Rodolfo and his crew deliver it constantly and consistently.

I hired Pilot Painting to paint the exterior of my house (with a color change) as well as 2 rooms and all white trim (baseboards, doors, door casing) inside my house. Each crew - exterior and interior - had at least one English speaker so there were no communication issues.
