Karen and her amazing team were responsive and supportive from the first phone call. During the walk through at the home she listened closely to our goals for the house and answered every single question. She guided us through the process and pricing with transparency and patience. Stage It definitely is the tops! I used to have a staging company, but now am going into flipping. I was referring biz to a new company to help them get started, but they didn't return phone calls or emails. Before I gave any more referrals, I decided to check out the best. Karen Mendenhall is a great soul, as are her employees. Her work is outstanding, which doesn't surprise me because of her passion for what she and her employees do. They have won many awards and have been around for many years. All my referrals go to Stage It, and in my words, don't Miss It with your staging projects by not hiring them.

Wanted to let you know the showings are going well. The feedback has been very positive about how well the house shows. Two couples are very interested and just need to sell their current homes. Amazing! my first experience with Stage It! brought a tired, lingering listing to life. We spent less on their amazing transformation than we were planning for a price reduction. In addition, we made good friends. Now, we have had Stage It! not only stage another of our houses, but they did major renovations. Value added again exceeded cost.

I have used Stage It twice now. Once for a home I remodeled and now for my personal home. With both properties they have done a wonderful job and were great to work with. With the property we remodeled we had nothing but positive feedback from all potential buyers that viewed the property and it was under contract within a couple of weeks. I know we will have the same reaction with our home. It's gorgeous!

I remember thinking that staging is too expensive. Now I think it is pennies, considering how much TIME is saves everyone. Less time on the market and fewer price reductions.why? BECAUSE IT IS SOLD! I thought my past three listings would all take a while to sell because of their unique factors, however, they all sold quickly - 4, 15, and 30 days!
