A while ago, I had a vinyl fence installed. I could not be more pleased with the dedication, professionalism, knowledge, and caring attitude of this company! Brad took an exceptional amount of time with me, and I am a fussy customer! He made sure we agreed on the BEST option for me, and I am exceptionally satisfied. Service: Vinyl fence installation

Very professional fence installation. Brad stopped by to organize the job, then Taj, Mike and Carlos spent close to five hours of diligent work after unloading tools and materials to remove and take away the existing stockade fence, clear tree branches, dig the post holes, cement in the uprights and erect the vinyl fence. We also appreciated the meticulous cleanup. We're very pleased with the crew's work and manner, the installation and the company.

(Replaced an existing fence) I researched more than 10 fencing companies within the Lehigh Valley. Creative Fence (Brad) offered the most professional outline of the work to be performed. While the price was mid-range within all other applicable quotes, the quality and workmanship scored higher which was my ultimate goal. Debbie and Brad, Ryan as well, were all personable, friendly and very competent. I highly recommend their services.

Unable to give an accurate rating of the quality of the work or the fairness in pricing as it's been 3 weeks since we met to discuss the desired project and I have not yet received a quote. In fairness I had expressed there was no immediate rush and he explained they are scheduling out 15 wks- but it's difficult to properly plan or compare options without any information.

We used this company years ago at our previous home and had a positive experience. Their craftsmanship comes well recommended. however it's not a good omen to be left waiting on an estimate after contacting them 1 wk out, 2 wks after contacting them, 3 wks since meeting and still nothing.

I can only say that Creative Fence installs a good quality fence at a fair price. That's all I can say. Installed almost $10k fence back in January. Called and called and called and called some more to remove a section and extend it another 40 feet or so. Brad repeatedly said he'd get me a price. I even took pix and sent them. Nothing but excuses. Apparently, "Health issues". guess his office is closed and his fingers broke.

I think if you want a new install, you'll be ok. Any follow up service or removal of a fence, good luck. Could be his workers just don't want to bother. Thing is, I can easily call another company. Why didn't Brad tell me he just didn't want to do it instead of wasting my time. Just poor service. Shame on you Brad. Michael Smith Northampton

Everyone at Creative Fence was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Just had my fence installed and the process was seamless from start to finish. I had concerns with cost due to the layout of my property and some existing hardware from a chain link fence that had been removed by the previous owner. I was very impressed with Brad's quick solutions to these obstacles. Dan, the work site Foreman, and his team were fantastic!

These guys were systematic in their approach and were very organized. They exceeded my expectations with timing and cost. I shopped around and I can tell you from experience that it doesn't get any better than Creative Fence!

I had Creative Fence out last spring for an estimate, along with a couple other companies. Creative Fence was by far the most fair, price wise. We weren't able to do the project last year unfortunately. This year when we were finally in a position to do the project I didn't hesitate to call Creative Fence. I reached out to them in the beginning of February, the contract process was smooth sailing.

As soon as the cold weather broke they came out and started the project immediately. From start to finish, the crew was awesome! They were on time each day, friendly, professional, organized, and so tidy! Each day that they left, the area was cleaned up and leftover supplies were organized and ready for the next day. The end result is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend Creative Fence to anyone!

Needed a straight run of vinyl fence replaced in my front yard. Brad came out to take measurements to give me a quote. He told me I would have the quote the next day. After 4 days without hearing from him I called the office. Brad again told me I would have the quote by the end of the day. Skip ahead five more days and I still had not heard back from him. Called today and was told he has been very busy and I would get the quote today.

At this point I will be looking for a different fence company. I cannot comment on their quality of work, but due to lack of honesty, integrity, and follow through, I would not recommend anyone using this company.

You can count on them. This was a very good experience for us. We were extremely satisfied with the professionalism of this company and we have had many compliments on the beautiful fence they installed for us. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors!

The best decision I ever made! Great guys and perfect install! Great company to do business with! They take the time to make it look perfect and make sure to keep you informed every step of the way. After they finished they made it look like they were never there.

He listened to us, offered and reviewed several options with us, provided samples, reference pictures as well as real life examples in the surrounding area. Our final decision was much different than we originally thought, but we are very happy with our choice.

The job was professionally done and looks terrific. Brad & crew were punctual and the job was completed on time and on budget despite some unforeseen obstacles that our driveway & yard presented. Brad also helped us obtain a custom "S" top rail which was previously unavailable from the manufacturer. In the end, we have a beautiful Creative Fence.

This company is legit! From estimate to install, they were extremely friendly and professional. Had to wait a few months for install, but that's not unusual from what I understand-- especially if you want a company that will do a great job. Fencing is seasonal and weather-dependent. The whole crew worked in drizzle all day to get the job done. Couldn't be happier.
