Nicholle and Misty went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one. After a rough couple weeks for our family, the house was in pretty bad shape. They were kind and assured me they were there to help and got right to work. They exceeded my expectations and even hand washed the dishes that were in the sink. Thanks so much ladies.

We live in the country near gravel roads and in the midst of trees. Lots of dust and pollen, bugs and birds. Needless to say, our windows and screens were awful. To make it even worse for Matt and Logan, the windows had not been cleaned professionally in three years! These two were awesome-professional, polite, very thorough and did great work! They even went over areas that had to be done twice because of how dirty my windows and screens were.

And to top it off, it was a buggy and hot day at the end of September-they had to fight biting no seeum bugs, box elder bugs, bees, wasps and all other flying insects that made cleaning windows very difficult. Best part is, they were so kind and cheerful, even as they were struggling to wash windows from the outside with an extension handle, through tall brush and trees that truthfully had no business being there! Will gladly give these two a big thumbs up and five stars for their excellent service!

Matthew & Logan (father / son team) did such an AMAZING job. I wish I would have taken "before" photos of our windows so you could see the difference. My fiance and I could not believe how dirty of windows we had been living with, and the difference this cleaning made! I mean the rooms are actually brighter! We both work from home, and I seriously believe that all of this new bright light will really make our work from home situation better! Matthew and Logan were just the sweetest, so respectful of our things, INCREDIBLY DETAIL ORIENTED, and did such a great job.

They cleaned both the inside and outside of our windows, took apart and cleaned all of our storm windows, cleaned the screens and all! I think I'm going to have a new obsession: clean windows, and I'm happy we found a team that we can trust in our home.

We just started with them and Nichelle and Misty do a great job! They always ask where we need special attention and are very thorough. So glad to have them helping out while I'm recuperating from surgery. Such a relief to have them taking care of things and keeping my house looking good. Referred by a family member. So glad they were able to get me started so quickly. Nicholle and Misty jumped right in to get my house cleaned and under control before I had surgery and while I'm recuperating. It's going to be a long recovery journey and their support really eases my concerns about my house. Love the approach to an hourly rate as I can have them focus on areas that are important that week and skip areas that don't matter. These ladies are dynamos getting a ton accomplished in the time they have. Such a relief to have a clean house so I can focus on getting better.

Clean It was able to get our house into their monthly schedule relatively quickly. The two ladies who cleaned our house arrived and asked if there was anything specific that I wanted then to focus on. They did a great job with the general cleaning and were very friendly. I'm excited to have a trustworthy company go to for my cleaning needs.

Bought the Yelp deal assuming a quick turn around was possible. When we rescheduled them for a future date to provide a move in/move out clean for a vacant house, it wasn't obvious they had been there. Carpets weren't vacuumed, spots and streaks were present in mirrors and glass. I reached out to the business and never heard back even after indicating that I want selling a refund. Had to call another service to get the place cleaned properly. Some sort of response from the company seems appropriate. Even if they offered to redo it at this point, I wouldn't trust them.

Dawn and Heather were here today. House looks great, another wonderful job. they were running 10 minutes late so they called me. I appreciate the consideration.

I called because I was in a pinch. I needed two apartments deep cleaned. This company came through for me and did a fabulous job. I was so happy!

Did a terrific job cleaning gutters and power washing the flagstone in our yard. He was courteous, diligent, and a very hard worker. Represents you well.

I've used the services of Clean It - More Than Windows for years, ever since my family gave it to me as a gift. It's a joy to come home to a clean house after the team has visited. Plus, they do a much more clever job than I do of arranging pillows, creating rosettes on the tissue boxes and making my home feel like a relaxing place for me and my guests. That's my goal and I'm terribly spoiled by the Clean It team. I'd recommend them highly.

Clean It is convenient and easy to work with. They do a good job cleaning, however depending on the team they are using, they can be slow and costly. I have a 3bdrm, 2ba 2000sf ranch and it took 8.5hrs and they didn't touch the appliances or ceiling fans to name just a couple.

I have used Clean It for 5 years now. It should have 5 stars except sometimes we have had a team that did not perform well consistently. That seemed to happen in the first few years of getting our cleans. The crew we have now is 5+ stars! They do an excellent job and we are very happy with our Clean It service. I am sooo glad we decided to hire a cleaning service, and happy that they have been consistently great!

This company has done a fantastic job for us. They have been very timely and responsive. We needed some junk hauled away from a back room which they did as well as cleaning the same room. It looked great. They have been fantastic to work with so far!

The cleaners are fast and efficient. They always do a good job at my place and I've never had any issues. Definitely better than doing it myself!

I deal with professional cleaners all the time due to my artistic career and have always had a hard time finding a good company to get a efficient job done until I came across "Clean It." Clean It was fast, reliable, and very easy to deal with. They will definitely be my main company from here on out.

Overall, their cleaning service is ok, but they have a lot of problems as well. First, they were late to our appointment. It was scheduled for 11:30am. I called them at 12 and they didn't call me back until 12:30 to tell me they were running behind, and it wouldn't be until 3:30 that they could come over! 3 1/2 hours later!?! I said this wasn't possible so they said they would skip their next appointment (too bad whoever that was) and come clean our place.

The cleaning ladies did a good job, but it was difficult communicating with them since they didn't speak much English. They missed some spots but when we pointed them out, they cleaned them. They didn't follow the pre-cleaning consultation list at all. That was worthless. If you want just a basic cleaning every week, this might be an option for you. But if you want customized cleaning, I'd look elsewhere.
