H.I.S Carpet Cleaning

I was initially very happy to hear of the great value that H.I. S carpet offered. That quickly faded though by the quality of the work and the attitude of the owner. I noticed after they had left a mark on my carpet that was not there and called the owner. He did not take responsibility for it having occurred and asked for pictures which I immediately sent.

He did agree to return to look at the mark, a bright orange mark, but never did. Instead, he sent me a text on a Sunday about coming out the next morning and when I said that was not convenient due to my work schedule, he called and left me a message saying that he was done accommodating me, which he had not done at all, and that the problem was all mine! Morale of story be wary of cheap prices, you get what you pay for!

I seen the reviews for this company and the fact that it is owned by a Christian man I decided to go with him. But I paid an extra $95 dollars for special cleaning to remove stains and sanitize, well it may santitized but the carpet looks the same. We had this done the end of June and it has only been 2 months no traffic in our home and we remove our shoes.

The carpet looks as it did when they came in. Sure it looks great when they leave because it is wet! Also, the men left an important scrubbing tool and have called to ask for it back.

If I could give 0 that's what they deserve. They were in my 3 story apartment for 20 minutes! My carpet looks as if they ran a rinse cycle over it! Their page advertises "why replace" and shows SIGNIFICANT improvement. Not even a noticeable difference! Then when I told Jeff I would only pay 50% he began yelling, threatened to call the Police and refused to get out my apartment until I told HIM I would call the Police on him if he refused to leave. Unbelievable!

This was the worst carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. Jeff, who is the owner, was so unprofessional and rude. I honestly don't know how someone like this stays in business. When he came to my apartment, he came right in and started cleaning as if he was in a hurry. He didn't introduce himself, wear shoe protectors, or go over the cleaning process, specifically advising me of any areas that might not get clean all the way.

When he was finished after about 10 minutes of cleaning, he said it would be $75. I pointed out 2 areas that were not clean all the way. One, was the main walkway from the door to the living room, the other were 2 dime size stains in the bedroom. He stated the main walkway was a heavy area and it would not get any cleaner. He also refused to do extra work on the main entrance, nor the 2 small stains, stating it be an additional charge.

He kept demanding his money, got in my face and started yelling at me. Who does that! I refused to pay him until it was to my satisfaction. Needless to say, the cops had to be called and it wasn't until then that he went over the main entrance again to get it a little cleaner. I did end of paying him after that point to get him out of my face and to prevent having to potentially go to court.

Prompt service and professional attitude. I was truly impressed with the quality of service at the price quoted and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Jeff at HIS carpet cleaning did a Exallant job. He knows what he is doing and does a very good job. This is the only place I'm using for now on.

So I guess a 20-30 minute turn around is worth my 85 bucks. I've worked for a carpet cleaning company in the past and I feel as if I got shafted for the price. Could've been more thorough in a room. Maybe he was trying to hurry up because of my kids? Speed doesn't always mean quality, and quality doesn't always mean speed.

Always been happy with his job, Jeff has been cleaning my carpet for at least 10 years! I have recommended him to several of my family.

HIS Carpeting is a professional company that guarantees 100% satisfaction. My carpet looks like brand new now. Highly recommended.

Jeff Winters cleaned our home and did an outstanding job. He also explained some technical details regarding berber carpet. He explained that with berber, we are always walking on the same side of the fiber, and it wears accordingly!

Friendly, fast and quality service. Jeff show up on time and did an amazing job. I will definitely be calling him back.

I will call them again. I only gave 4 stars because whomever answered the business telephone number was short. It could have been due to being busy, maybe not. With that said, the individuals set me up with a 1-3 timeframe. They came around 1:25pm and was complete before 2pm. They did a good job with the carpet, although the machinery left water which dirtied my white tile.

The last company cleaned up their own mess BUT I was expecting guests the next day so I knew I had to do it anyway so I was not actually annoyed. The individual requested cash only which was odd but that is how I paid. Overall, I would use them again. They are fast, thorough and good at what they do.
