A representative of the company came to the door and we discussed replacement/repair of some Fasci boards which were affected by dry rot. Tal came and made an estimate which included power washing all around, which revealed some additional damage as this work was nearing completion. Tal suggested painting all the trim instead of just the repaired areas.
