I had some concerns about our fence, and was looking for a professional opinion as to what repairs were needed. He came out our house quickly to provide an estimate (in a day or two), looked over our entire fence, and made his recommendations, which to my surprise and delight, were minimal! He was able to fix same day and his rates were very reasonable.

I needed 2 gates replaced along with short sections of cedar privacy fence attached to them. I received a very quick response from John Cook of Privacy Fence and had an estimate the same day. After another company failed to call back I elected to use Privacy Fence and was told they were scheduling 4 weeks out but would try to get to me sooner.

We recently purchased a small lake-side home in the Rogers, AR area; having several dogs, we needed to fence the back yard. John (owner) was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I contacted him along with 4 other companies at the beginning of the spring, he was the only one to respond. Awesome! John was super responsiveness and clearly has strong expertise in his field. He politely offered ideas when he could tell I was pondering a few different things. His input was spot on.
