We had tile flooring installed in our kitchen, hallway, guest bathroom, walk-in closet, and laundry room. We also had vinyl flooring installed in a sunroom. We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship. Our salesperson was amazing, and the work crew was professional and courteous. They even did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess when the job was complete.

I had Dixie Floors change out all my floors in my house. They listened to what I wanted and recommended products based on that. They let me keep the floor samples for over a week while I chose the color and didn't mind when I switched them out multiple times. Once the floor was installed they stood by their work and answered any questions I had. My toddler now has almost indestructible floors to run around on and I don't have to worry if he spills something! I am very pleased with my nice new luxury vinyl and carpet!

I have never been so impressed with a business like Dixie Floors in Shreveport, La. I recently had carpet and vinyl plank installed. The work was done in a professional manner and quickly. My floors look fantastic. Installers were very nice and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. Also, I would like to especially thank Todd for all of his help.

Great place to have my floors carpeted and my bathroom floor replaced with marble tiles. Todd in sales gave me perfect service, good advice, and was always timely. Install crew was on time and completed the house in one day. The crew leader Ludwin was on top of every part of the install. They were very professional in both, demeaner and the install. I would used them again.

Todd and his crew did an absolutely beautiful job on our floors. The flooring that Todd helped us pick out for 2 bedrooms is stunning and gorgeous and matched up beautifully with the flooring that was in the house when we bought our home. Very professional and accommodating from start to finish. I can't wait to get the next 2 bedrooms done.

Stay far away from this trash company. The work they did was very low quality: lots of gaps between planks and lots of glue left on surface. The workers are most likely illegals. No English skills. They created massive amounts of toxic cement dust without any warning or effort to contain it. So if you want shoddy work performed by illegals and a bunch of toxic, disease-causing dust in your home, call up Dixie Floors.

The staff has been friendly and informative. Mr. Jackie went out of his way to wait after hours to give me floor samples to choose from and to take measurements. We even picked out the same color that he had in his home, great taste Mr. Jackie!!! We will be seeing Mr. Jackie after our next room remodel in a month.

Dixie Floors installed new flooring in our home this week - we chose a wood vinyl plank and we are so happy with the way it looks. Their crew did an excellent installation job as well as being pleasant and professional. Dixie Floors installed carpet for us around 20 years ago and they still have the same quality of service - from the time you walk into their showroom and throughout the installation of the floors.
