Hayes Construction did an excellent job building our custom guest house. They were very professional assisting with the design, project development, project completion, and follow-up. The staff was great to work with and were always willing to respond to our questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

Not only did they walk off the job leaving the site unfinished and a mess, they charged for things that were never brought to my attention as the homeowner. Run don't walk away from these people. I am disabled and was hoping to use this money to live a better quality of life.trusting Thomas Hayes who is helping the Gary Sinise foundation and disabled veterans is a joke. Meanwhile, he exploits a disabled woman for money while he leaves a construction site abandoned and unfinished and hounding her for money simultaneously, He left a driveway that was that too narrow and inaccessible for me to get a small RV on the property to live in. Potential home builders and disabled people BEWARE: they will make promises that they cannot keep, and create charges not agreed upon. Do not trust them! Don't get burned

Tom and Sue have built two homes for us. The first one was built in Oro Valley and we lived in it for 12 years. The second home was built in Vail and we have been in it now for nearly five years. Tom is very easy to work with and was willing to meet at any time to take care of any problems that needed attention. We have had very few problems after years of use.

Tom and Andrew built us an additional bedroom w/bath in a tricky spot on the front of our house. Not an easy job I am sure, but throughout the process they were everything you hope you get when you hire a contractor. They were extremely professional and it was clear from the very first day that they only hire top notch sub contractors. It was our first time working with a contractor for a project this size and I am sure we were not easy clients, but Tom and Andrew patiently explained each step to us and we always had confidence that things were being done the right way. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a contractor.
