We used him on a large amount of very old, very dirty carpet. It was a listing I had coming up in the Pleasant View area and some of the carpet was 40 years old with a lot of cat stains and high traffic stains. The carpet had not been cleaned in years. Dale is amazing! We have a gross room that gets a lot of traffic and cat urine in the corner. When Dale got finished it looked like new carpet. I love that he has a flat rate and you don't have to spend more for problem areas. We won't go anywhere else and his prices are very reasonable.
