Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Curves are blocky on retaining walls. Cheap labor and frugality (reuse) of materials keeps costs down though. Outdated equipment and outdated techniques. Wouldn't recommend.

Blair installed a brick patio in my backyard with patio pavers. It was incredible. At the time of their estimate, they told me it would be about 3 weeks before they could start the project. I got home a few days later to see that they had already started! And they finished within a day of that!
