We are very satisfied with Master Roofers LLC quality of work, their professionalism, and their customer service. They replaced two skylights at our condo, matched our existing shingles, did so in a timely fashion, and had to participate in HOA approvals/bureaucracy. They also informed us about the federal tax credits available if we went for solar options, which we did. I am grateful to no longer have nasty, leaking skylights in our home and very happy to be able to take some of this installation cost off our tax bill next April!

Very satisfied with entire process. Initial assessment was performed as scheduled and was very thorough. Estimate provided was complete and reasonable. Work was performed as scheduled, Workers took great care to protect inside flooring and furniture and did a nice job installing interior trim and paint. Hopefully we will have no leak issues, but only time will tell. Given our experience with Master Roofers to date, I will expect any future issues to be resolved quickly.

They gave me an estimated installation date when I signed the contract and kept me updated as the weather changed. Jim and crew arrived when they said they would, were careful to lay down tarps where necessary, and cleaned up when finished. They were very flexible, friendly, and professional. Jim discussed with us where he thought the skylights should be located given the movement of the sun and we agreed. Highly recommended.

We replaced 3 large skylights. Master Roofers was prompt with my inquiry - shocking these days - thorough with estimate and pleasant to work with. When original shingle selection didn't quite match old ones they didn't try to talk me into it. They got another one of their workers to get the samples again and we talked through a better solution. The skylight work was neat and precise.

We love them! Was a pleasure dealing with an old school company where customer service means just that and quality is valued. I rarely highly recommend companies these days but I do so here! Zero hesitation in recommending them. Well done!

Michael did an outstanding job for us by replacing 7 different windows in our home in Chester, Vermont. To begin with he came and took the measurements he needed and gave us a variety of options that we might consider. He arrived at our home on time, was most respectful, considerate and it was a pleasure to listen to his thoughts. Having got all the data he needed, he then ordered the windows we wanted.

A few days later they came to install everything and again they could not have done a better job. They worked slowly, steadily and carefully taking out the very old windows and installing the brand new replacement windows. In total, they installed 7 composite windows that consisted of 2 picture windows, 4 double hung windows and a basement hopper window.

We now no longer have bad draughts from around the windows in any of the rooms (thus saving heating costs). Instead, we have 2 lovely picture windows, and both my wife and I have remarked on several occasions how wonderful it is to have the full sun streaming into our living room early in the morning. It just makes for a great start to the day. I would whole heartedly recommend New Hampshire Master Roofers and even though we live across the Connecticut River in Vermont they treated us like one of their own.

John from Master Roofers came out to fix a leak on my flat rubber membrane roof. He was prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. Rained hard two days after the repair and our ceiling was dry as a bone. I highly recommend and would use again based on this experience. JA Service: Roof repair

Our experience with Master Roofers was a very positive one. They offer financing and their work is guaranteed. The salesman, Stew that came and inspected our roof was very polite and honest. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The job took 2 days to complete, a couple of weeks apart, but it was December and the weather was not very co-operative. The 2 different crews who came to do the work were very nice and they cleaned up any mess there was. I would definitely recommend Master Roofers.

5 beautiful new Velux skylights. Skilled craftsmen with excellent communication skills and respect for the homeowner. This was no easy project for them because it involved removing the entire roofing system / shingles and reinstalling those. The flashing job around our center chimney is spectacular and has many neighbors asking who did this job. We have some additional roofing projects, and we will be contacting Master Roofers for those.

We reached out to MR to fix an old, leaking skylight. They were quick to come out to give us options and estimates for a more functional solution. When the skylight arrived they arrived and were professional and courteous with the installation. Unfortunately, the interior finish work wasn't quite what we had hoped. We reached out to the company and had a reply that night from ownership and within a few days a senior team was back and the finish work was perfect. We really appreciated them standing firmly behind the quality of their work and would have no concerns about recommending them to friends and using them again.

Excellent follow up and customer service. John, Don, and Chris were absolutely amazing to work with - we've had crews come to install zinc strips, a heat cable, and a new skylight. The work has been wonderful, and the team stands behind the quality of their work. When our heat cables weren't working properly, the team didn't give up until everything was resolved. They are fantastic.

We were exceedingly pleased with the quality of work provided by Master Roofers in the replacement of our velux skylights! We have already referred our close neighbors to them.
