Our sales rep Telly Jenkins was great. The installers were also very nice. They listened to us and met our concerns. We switched from ADT where our system was out of date and the service was lacking. With Atlas we have modern equipment and a overall better system. I feel we more secure with Atlas and I know if we have any issues the folks there will see they are addressed.

I awoke to glass shattering and my alarm going off at 2:00 am last Sunday morning. Within seconds Amy called. She stayed on the phone with me the whole time. She spoke with calm and compassion. I am so thankful for Amy and my Alas security system!

Atlas security has been very helpful with my security needs. Have had a couple of technical issues through the years and they have always responded and taken care of them, , and on top of that they are a locally owned company.

We were familiar with other security systems and didn't get the personal costumer service that we found with Atlas. We are moving and taking Atlas Security to our new home!

I worked with Liam to discuss options and equipment. He was incredibly thorough and was a huge reason I chose to go with Atlas as opposed to competitors. He set me up with a quick installation with top of the line equipment. The install went flawlessly. The gentleman was very respectful and careful in my home. He did a great job explaining the system and how it works.

So far I am very pleased with my security system and the customer service I have received. The keypad is super slick and I love having the app and doorbell camera. If you are shopping for a security system, you will not regret going with Atlas!

I have to rate my experience with Atlas as a high 10! They made the process of getting an alarm system easy from the initial estimate to the entire install. Sam, Telly and our installer Craig are the best. This company has the knowledge, experience and professionalism that surpassed my expectations. Even the customer service is exceptional! We will be with this company for years to come.

I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a alarm system. They will set you up with your exact needs for equipment and service plans and there won't be any high pressure sales. These people are real value when it comes to customer first! Thank you Atlas for everything.

Send? Same only a few fixes. Worst customer service I have ever worked with, I'm 62. If you have the service be prepared to work with their availability and don't ever say or do anything that anyone could find offensive because you will get raked over the coals no matter how frustrated you may be. The last time I talked to them I tried to cut the rep off when they started talking about the wrong thing by saying "sir" at an increasing volume to stop something that was going to cost more money.

This ended by him finally stopping and telling me to NEVER talk to him that way. Where I'm from "sir" is acceptable. Bottom line I'm glad to be free of them ( we sold that house ). I would NOT consider using their service under any circumstance I can think of. Once you spend the money on equipment you are married to them. Many years ago I was pleased but after several poor interactions with their reps and their service people I would not recommend them.

They couldn't get the wireless alarm to work for more than a month or so without a service call. Have I lost my temper with them a few times in the past, yes. There are more stories about poor service but I am only getting more frustrated so I'll skip them. Bottom line if you have the chance to look at other services, do your self a favor and do it. I responded via email and stick with my comments.

Would highly recommend using a different company. You have to buy all the equipment and agree to a long contract and are required to pay it even if you move. Other security companies also have more advanced options. We also had issues with their app being reliable and taking a long time to connect.

11 months ago we were moving out of a commercial rental property and asked to have the alarm disconnected or transferred to the current tenant. Atlas has record of that phone call but apparently there was paper work they never sent us. We have several alarms on different properties so we did not catch that they were still billing until 11 months later and they refuse to refund any of the money.

Most of our alarms are with American Detection and I would highly recommend you choose them over Atlas. We have never had this issue with American Detection in the 30 years we have been using them.

Atlas Security provides service & equipment to my home and business. In all of the years of service, I have never had a complaint about any staff member they employ. As the matter of fact it quite the opposite. I have developed relationships with several staff members and trust them and know that they, and the company as a whole, provide the highest quality customer service with the knowledge and equipment to back it up!

In addition, I recommend Atlas Security weekly! I work with other homeowner and small business owner which makes Atlas an easy referral partner. Thanks to all Atlas staff for keeping my family, crew members and clients safe in their homes and business'!

I have had an Atlas security system for several years now and I love it! They are easy to work with and the system is very user friendly and affordable. The install took no time at all and everyone I have worked with has been great. They even have employees available 24/7 who monitor the systems. I worked with their Brand Manager Randy Crews and he was amazing to work with!

He answered all my questions and even checks in once and a while. Another pretty awesome feature is their mobile app where you can view your live cameras! If you are looking for a home security system, I highly recommend Atlas Security!

Atlas has always been great to work with! They are always working to keep up with the need for new technology. We have been able to add on to our system over the past couple of years to include panic buttons, the fire system, and may look at adding the water sensors in the basement at some point.

Knowledgeable, punctual, and honest. Jon walked us through the process of customizing a security system that fit our home. He knows his product, accommodates his clients and follows through, which is greatly appreciated.

After a few emails and phone calls, management corrected their support procedures and gave credit of one month's service. At this point, I believe customer satisfaction is important to Atlas and it's management.

I have been very impressed with Atlas. Their customer service has always been prompt, courteous, and honest. The feeling of "security" (pun intended but I'm serious) that I received from Atlas was well worth the very reasonable monthly monitoring fee. They never tried to "hard sell" me and ensured that I had enough security features to feel safe but not go overboard.

They have a presence on Facebook and keep their followers informed not only of things happening within the company but also of security and safety related concerns. They have lots of payment options, including auto withdrawal, and the fee is quite reasonable in my opinion. In addition to them providing excellent service it was nice to work with a local business. Any chance I get to support local business I will, and the fact that they provide world class service was honestly a pleasant surprise.
