Had my faucet changed in the bathroom, had the shut off valves replaced. and had some copper piping replaced in the wall Good: They get you scheduled same day and call ahead. The plumbers are friendly and on time. They are very detailed in explaining what they are going to do and have you sign a paper if they have to cut into your wall or dig on your property. Bad: They had to come out 3 times to fix the leaking drain.
The website says 24 hour emergency service but they do not consider it an emergency if a leak is due to them not fixing your drain the first time, even if water floods your bathroom floor. They made it known they do not appreciate being called at 10pm because your bathroom is flooded due to them not fixing the drain the first time. (I work odd hours and it was the time I got home and discovered the leak.) Gross: After sweating the copper pipes the plumber dunked paper towels into our toilet bowl to wet them to cool down the pipes.
It seems as though filling a bucket prior to cutting the water off would be more sanitary. Although this time of using 3-D's was not a good experience, I recommend them because their service in the past was fantastic and I feel this issue might have been a one off situation.

Was late, had to go back to the shop to get a pressure gauge that was broken when he got there, charged us for an hours worth of work just to tell us we had a small leak that he couldn't find (that's why we called because we knew we had one). Advice was to wait for the problem to get bigger and when I asked the office to have him call me back so I could get clarification and some more info, I never heard back from them. Seems to be the norm these days but won't be using them again

We rented the portal restroom trailer for a WEDDING and this is how it was delivered to us! Their website states they are "#1 in cleanliness and offer top quality and CLEAN restrooms" These pictures I took speak for themselves. We were told they would be clean and fully stocked of essentials (toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels) and we also explained to them when we reserved them that it was for a WEDDING.
The toilet paper was covered in dirt and the paper towels in the dispenser were almost out. The toilets were dirty, mud and dirt everywhere, they did not smell clean, everything was covered in a thick layer of dust and grime. They looked like they were picked up from some man camp out out in the oilfield and just dropped off to us. The entire unit needed a good power wash, and we fully expected them to be nice and clean as stated on their website.
I called to complain and the lady Desiree was very defensive and told me I "needed to calm down" and that "a little dirt and dust is normal" I explained to her that it was filthy and that they knew it was for a wedding, and that they needed to send someone out to clean them or refund some of our money back. An hour later, they sent a port-a-potty guy to clean the mess.
He couldn't believe how dirty they were and that they had delivered them to us like that. He spent an hour cleaning them up for us and did a good job. Not worth the $900+ to rent these for a special event, do not rent these for your wedding, parties, etc.

I had been waiting on an Abilene company for 6 weeks with no luck and was getting extremely frustrated. This company was top notch from the very beginning. Woman on the phone was polite, organized and informed. She knew exactly what equipment and trucks were needed to fix my problem. They came to repair my clogged septic exactly when they said they would and it was done professionally! Very polite men and I was glad to pay the trip charges from San Angelo to Abilene. Would definitely recommend!

First of all they have raised their hourly rate since the last time I used them. $135 an hour, and on top of that hourly rate they charged me $30 for "the big machine" (this is verbatim what they wrote on my receipt) to route out my houses drain pipe that had clogged up causing water to back up into the bath tubs, and toilets to overflow. The job took literally less than 15 minutes, they charged for a full hour, PLUS a fee for their own equipment that they brought and used.
What kind of plumber charges you a fee for the equipment they own to do the job? Total $165 to snake a drain in under 15 minutes. Guys were great, professional, and capable, the price and added fee for the snake was a JOKE. By they way they also charge you for their travel time, from their last job to your home, again a JOKE because who knows where they are coming from before they get to your house.
If you are the first job of the day, they charge from their building to your house. Plan on paying for at least 15-20 minutes drive time. Definitely using another plumber next time who doesn't make up fees to tack onto an already high hourly rate.

Called them today and they were prompt in coming over. 1 man, spent 3 hours looking into and "fixing" a toilet that was leaking from the floor. Tonight my children go to shower and the entire floor is nothing but flooded. water pouring from the bottom (whereas before it was just a slow leak.) $350 I spent for him to waste our time doing absolutely nothing but make the problem worse. Needless to say I'll be calling tomorrow to see if they'd be willing to come over and reassess (free of charge) because I'm not a millionaire. *update* I called this morning and they sent guys over within 30 minutes. They're repairing yesterday's work for free, however I'll need to pay for them to snake my drain. I've raised my review from 1 to 3 stars because the admin I talked to on the phone is always very polite and the guys who come over are equally courteous. I was just seriously upset with my flooded floor last night.

3 D's Plumbing did a terrible job at my parents house. There was a water leak and the guys cut big holes in wall in bedroom, living room, laundry room bathroom looking for something and finally found it outside to fix problem. In the laundry room pulled cabinet from wall which was drilled into wall so they left 2 torn holes on the wall. They went into attic and was drilling, drilled slipped and they put a good size hole in ceiling which the did not tell them.
The walls where plumbers cut out they left wide open, did not cover back with the sheetrock they cut out. Living room was panel. Outside the plumbers took the lids off watersprinkler and shutoff value and just left the lids on ground did not put back on. My parents are in their 90's and everything plumbers pulled out they just left it in middle of floor, had to have someone come straighten and pick up. Wish you could post minus star.

Jordan and Caleb did an amazing job fixing both our stopped up toilets. They were very respectfully, got here quickly and did there best not to leave a mess. We're grateful to having working toilets in our home again. There prices are very fair and I was happy with our bill price of about $150 for parts and labor ( they were here for over an hour ) and fixed two toilets :) Thank you 3D's plumbing!

Fast, efficient, friendly, professional. The receptionist was informative, and the plumbing tech called to confirm the appointment time, got the job done right in a timely manner, and even suggested some helpful plumbing tips. I did deduct 1 star because of the extremely high pricing, but other than that, a great company.
