If i hadn't stumbled on this place from the web i wouldn't have found it, but they took great care of me. Even when i had to do a partial return they email responses were immediate and they got my issue resolved in a hurry. You should give this place a chance to earn your business. They treated this customer great and I will order from them again.

What an amazing experience and end result! These folks were completely professional. From how they showed up (on-time!) to start demo to how the final product ended up looking. The time they took on day 1 just to prep and cover or wrap everything to make sure it stayed as clean as possible was amazing. We ended up having over 2100 sq ft of carpet/tile removed and replaced with beautiful ceramic/wood looking tile. TWO people have already seen the tile and could not believe it wasn't wood. Both of them literally got down on one knee to touch the floor just to see if it was really tile. I can't wait to let Shan's handle the rest of the house and master bath!

We would like to share our recent great experiences with Shans. We had them come out on two installations, one with carpet and the other on hardwood floors. They deserve five stars overall for their professional services from start to finish. And of course their prices beat many others including the mega stores.

I wanted to take some time with my new floor before I post how much I LOVE it. My husband and I looked around for a while but as soon as we met Karl at Shans Carpet & Fine Flooring we were sold! Loved the selection of U.S.A. made tiles. The installation crew were awesome as well. Thanks for all your patience, easy scheduling for installation, & my new floor!
