I rarely need a carpet cleaning service but I have a large area rug that had gotten stained. HydroCare was very quick to respond and come to me to get the job done. Their price was competitive and they did nice work. Would use again.

Had been experiencing low air quality in our home and wanted air duct cleaning- a tech was available to come out the very next morning! He was prompt, friendly, and very helpful in determining what our problem was and what to do to care for it in the future! Fast service, quality work, and fair price that did not change after being serviced. I would hire again.

Have used them twice. You won't find more professional and hard working floor cleaners.

These guys are great! Micheal, the owner, responded extremely quickly and set up my appointment right away. Daniel, the tech, was also very responsive, responsible and knowledgeable. He didn't sugarcoat anything and didn't try to up sell me. I appreciate that as a homeowner and someone who doesn't have a lot of money. You can't go wrong with them!

These guys were great and did an awesome job of cleaning our tile and grout! Made it look brand new like the day it was installed! They were very friendly, professional, and the quality was second to none!

I contacted HydroCare Services through Yelp for a quote to clean my dryer vent after my dryer began stopping mid cycle and not drying bulky item all the way. I got a swift reply with a flat rate quote and was scheduled for two days later. The technician messaged me while he was en route to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was courteous, friendly and explained what was involved prior to getting started.

The service was very efficient and thorough. He explained that we should maintain with a cleaning every two years or so, and the cost was as expected per the quote.no hidden fees etc. Thank you HydroCare Services! I'm sure we will be seeing you again.

I HIGHLY recommend Hydro Services! The communication was great, they gave me a call within 30 minutes to let me know when they were on their way. I had them clean 2 living rooms & 4 bedrooms. They were quick and efficient. I thought it was going to be hours. They gave me insight on my carpet that it was okay but since I was moving in, it was a good idea to get the carpets done.

In the beginning of scheduling I asked a quote on how much it would be and they said $225 flat which was great! They came out here in Laveen, AZ. I'll definitely be using them again in 6 months because I have pets! Thank you guys.

Michel showed up on time.(As requested, he texted before he came so I could put my dogs away)! I appreciated that. He was professionally pleasant and went over the areas to be cleaned. Suggested fresheners which I accepted. Area run was clean, like new. He cleaned hallways, family room and bedroom quickly. All was nicely done and fast too. I will return as needed as a customer.

It is the 2nd time I called the company for air duct cleaning for 2 different houses. They were able to remove the molding smell in the 1st house. For the 2nd house, we did some major renovation so it was extremely dusty in the air vents. Daniel got it done in a couple of hours. He also found a tile that I left there a while ago to adjust the air flow and forgot about it LOL. I will definitely call them again for the next house.

My dog was sick and had diarrhea on my carpet. The hydro care team came out next day to take care of it. It was a tough spot, and they even came out one more time to treat the spot. The stain is completely gone! Amazing communication. Would highly recommend!

I saw their AD on Facebook and was hesitant for a few weeks to contact them. Sometimes these ads are too good to be true. And I am obsessed with detailed cleaning videos. So their AD kept popping up. And i am so happy to have contacted them. The response was fast and easy. They booked my appointment within a week. They txted me the day before with a helpful list of things to have done before technician arrived.

They texted me when they were on their way and I really appreciate it that. i was ready when they came in. It only took 2 guys and they were in and out in less than 1hr, which is perfect I thought I was going to need to stay longer. The carpet looks light again. With 2 little girls and a puppy its hard to keep a carpet clean. Im so happy with the results. I will definitely be using them again when we move out. I purchased a Groupon and they used the ol' bait and switch. Wouldn't accept the Groupon and instead asked my husband to pay $120 to clean our sofa and loveseat and save the Groupon for a maintenance cleaning in 6 months. None of the stains were removed, nor pet odor. They double booked and asked to come later and then the day before, changed the time again. Unprofessional and would not recommend. I had my Groupon refunded and made a complaint against them for not honoring their Groupon. So disappointed in their service.

Great job. Good communication. Good value for the money. Technician was very informative and explained everything to me. I feel much safer knowing that the dryer vent is clean. We will all breathe better now that the ducts are clean.

This is a forum for the dissemination of business experiences, kind of a caveat emptor site. Your justification for your high prices being because you're the 'best' in town isn't reflected in other reviewer's comments.

It took the two Hydro Care Service workers less than 30 minutes to clean three rooms of carpets. One of the workers was an owner. To me the carpet looked okay when they finished. But, The following day I could see that areas of carpet had been missed and not cleaned, also some spots and stains. The workers may not have pretreated the stains. This was not the thorough carpet cleaning I had expected. I found this cleaner by asking for a quote on Yelp.

Great service! Very reasonably priced. Fast response. Great customer service! Reliable. They responded right away, came within the time specified, were friendly and fast! We will definitely be calling them soon to do our tiles floors and will have them out again for our carpets.

HydroCare worked magic on our rug after our little pup left many stains and some of them set in and pretty old - i tried using our Bissell with zero success. HydroCare made it look brand new! Thank you so much!

After purchasing a Groupon for a steam clean, I was a little disappointed to find out I would be in need of a full grout cleaning but was quickly rewarded with what Michel and his team were able to achieve in my home. We hadn't cleaned our tile in over a year and to say it was in desperate need of a cleaning is an understatement.

Not only did Michel recommend what was best for me and my needs, he was also able to educate me on our type of tile and grout options. I feel his attention to detail and pride in his work are what make this company different than all the rest. I also left the appointment having a plan with how to care for my tile and home in the future to keep it looking its best and will use/recommend this company for all of my and my family's home maintenance!

Hired hydro care services because I was in a need for tile and grout cleaning for my rental property. my husband was very happy with the choice I made with hydro care services for our cleaning needs.

I had a carpet cleaning company scheduled to do my carpets and when they flaked on me, I called Hydrocare. When I called them, it was 4:30 pm, they came out the next morning at 8:30 and took care of me. I highly recommend Hydrocare to anyone that needs their flooring cleaned. Than you again for the great job you did for me!

Wow! We just bought a new house and it had a bit of a funk. Hydrocare Care services came out and did an amazing job with my vents. I also had them sanitize and deodorize. My house smells like amazing thyme and lime now. I highly recommend! My house feels amazing now. Service: Clean ducts & vents

Disappointing overall. My expectations are low for any Groupon deal and they managed to still disappoint. Got the upholstery steam cleaning/deodorizing for sofa/love seat. If I wanted a mediocre job, I would have rented a machine and did it myself. I would try to get them to come back out but their hours are awful. Frankly I don't even feel comfortable having them back at my home.

You only get one chance to make a first impression. Curious to see what the owner says because it looks like he responds to reviews. They got dirt all over my love seat. It was immediately visible and looks like a footprint on one of the cushions. Only cleaned portions of the back cushions. Check out the pictures. Save your money and give your business to someone who deserves it.

Not readily available. Their website says Sun-Thurs 8-6, Fri 8-3, closed sat. Guy I spoke with on the phone says they don't work weekends and nor after 3pm. So zero availability for anyone who works a normal 9-5 job. Had to set my sofa/loveseat on tarps in the back yard and leave a key in a lockbox just so I could actually figure out a way so they could come out because their hours are so awful.

When I did speak with them, they repeatedly tried up-sell/bait and switch. I guess ordering the cleaning/deodorizing package doesn't include actually vacuuming the couch. You would mop without sweeping the floor right? I think they intentionally did a worse job because I would not agree to buy their up-sell stain remover. There weren't stains so not needed.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, professional and very detail oriented. I would recommend them to anyone.

HydroCare cleaned a loveseat and spot treated a white couch for me. I highly recommend HydroCare and will contact HydroCare in the future for all upholstery and carpet cleaning. HydroCare made a return visit to treat a spot on the couch for free. Super professional, responsive and they fixed the stain. Good pricing, transparent up-front communication of costs (no surprises like other companies and no random coupons or sale codes required). Use HydroCare, they are great!

Overall, a big disappointment. They didn't do any of the work and hired out to a third party. The upsell options were twice the costs of the original quote.

Hydro Care Services responded to the request for dryer vent cleaning immediately (same day) and also came out the very next morning to perform the work. They were very professional and followed the rules of COVID and did a great job!

I'm in love with this company! I found an ad about them on Facebook and decided to give the company a try! They came on time and worked fast yet were very efficient! My house smells amazing! Praise God!

8/10/2020 service date: They were efficient and quick! I really appreciated the professionalism and my preference of wearing a mask in the house. They steamed cleaning my carpets and they look restored and smell fresh. I will use them again!

I highly recommend HydroCare services! I'm managing many houses in scottsdale and Pheonix area, I used many different carpet cleaning services, this one is definitely the best! Patrick was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service was quick and done well. He even took his shoes off to cross cleaned areas to not track dust from construction we were doing in the bathroom.

Patrick came by and did an amazing job. It looks and smells amazing. We have 5 kids including a 3-year-old and 3 dogs. Needless to say, our carpets had some stains. The carpet looks almost new. Very impressed and happy.
