After being in the electrical industry for nearly a decade, owner, Casey Copeland, decided to start his own electrical company in 2008. Over the years C.N. Copeland Electrical Service has grown into a 15-employee company, providing electrical services to businesses and homeowners throughout our region.

The company is based in Casey's hometown of Knoxville, TN. C.N. Copeland Electrical Service is fully licensed, bonded and insured in states of Tennessee and South Carolina. First, thet showed up without calling but they were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. To run new wires, they cut holes in my sheetrock. Only after the fact did I learn they wouldn't be repairing those holes. So after paying them, I had to pay someone else to fix the damage they left.

While doing some kitchen remodeling I needed an electrician ASAP to remove some oddly rigged under-cabinet lighting. They came early in the morning before my cabinets were installed. They figured out the power source for the lights and removed the wires. They worked quickly and were very kind when the cabinet installers started to work in the very small kitchen.

We had a great experience with CN Copeland. We called one afternoon because needed 2 phone jacks put in as soon as possible (in order to do business - in our new location in Knoxville). The company was so accommodating and they gave us an appointment the next day. On top of that they were on time, did the work quickly and were reasonable in price. My employer said - "put their name in your rolodex". (yup, I still use one). Anyway, thanks C.N. Copeland!
