I called Allied when I had a water heater bust while out of town. I came back and my basement was soaked. Carpets wet, walls wet, a mess! They were out quick, like within an hour and this was 8pm. I ended up filing an insurance claim and they worked with my adjuster directly so it was super easy. Shout out to Manny who did an amazing job getting everything dried out and me back to normal fast. We didn't know what to do when a pipe broke in our plumbing above the ceiling. We called and they responded quickly. They were helpful in cleaning up all of the water in our floors and walls. This was a disaster but ARC made it a little smoother and we made it through.
