Had this company do my windows 4 yrs. ago, did a good job for $250.00. Called Ron, the owner, to do my windows again and asked for him to come out to give me a quote. He told me he didn't need to come out since he had all my info from 4 yrs. ago and gave me a price of $275. His crew came out to do work and told me they would not do it for that price, wanted at a minimum $430.00. Told them to leave! Wasted a day!

If I could give no stars, I would. The owner/manager is the rudest human being. Extremely unprofessional. I don't know how they are still in business. I manage a large company and we used him frequently until his invoice was lost in transition for ONE job. He called me repeatedly threatening me that he better get paid that week or else. Our company won't use him any longer and I would be terrified if he did work at my personal residence.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER RON PARENT CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME A QUOTE. I QUESTIONED HIS PRICE AND HE WENT ON AND ON ABOUT HOW HE HAS TO PAY WORKERS COMP, GAS ETC TO STAY IN BUSINESS. HE ISNOT A PLEASANT MAN. LOOKS ANGRY ALL THE TIME. I DID NOT HIRE HIM BECAUSE HE FREAKED ME OUT.

Have commercial account with them, noticed the glass front was VERY dirty and got worst so I called, no answer I left msg., never get return call after few messages I decided to send email and found out the worker stopped cleaning my window! Worst management, Worst customer services! I guess this was why they gave me a low bid = LOW quality services normally took them about 5 mins when they clean

Excellent service, on schedule and on price. Erin was courteous and professional in every way. Ron called me within two days of the work to see how it went. Very, very satisfied and would highly recommend!

The company showed up to wash the windows on my second floor condo without a ladder -- this limited them to the use of a squeegee with an extension pole (something I could do myself.) Didn't clean the screens or the tracks. To make it worse, the inside windows had to be cleaned again by me because the employee didn't wipe down the windows - leaving a ring around the edges. A lousy job all around.

Great experience. Much better price than expected for all the windows thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The screens were cleaned as well. Very professional and efficient. Made arrangement for continuous service in the future. Thank you Ron!

We found the company to be a real gem. When we placed the order they were very prompt getting back to us and quick with a work date. The cleaner that came was a true professional, polite and knew exactly what he was doing. There was no mess left behind, and my windows never looked cleaner. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again.

Worst attitude ever. I can not recommend them frames were supposed to be cleaned but they were not. After I said I thought you as a specialized window cleaning company would have the right tools to clean a window, frames the owner said if you know where to find them let me know, do you bother to open the window and look at that dirt? Me: but there are even spots on the frames. Maybe we are not the right company for you we have been in business for 25 years. 25 yeas of dirty Frames.?

Came to look over job and schedule the work. Showed up exactly on time, and then showed up on time to perform work. Could not ask for a better or more responsive company. They will now do the same job every two months.

They gave a free quote on all our windows (inside and out). We have a large home with many sliding glass and exterior French doors. When we scheduled the job, they arrived on time, got right to work and were finished in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the quality of work, their courtesy and their professionalism. The windows have never looked better.

I had the interior and exterior of the windows of my home washed by Wipe Out and was very happy with their work. I was able to schedule the work within a week of contacting the company, and the employee who did the work arrived on-time and completed the job in a timely fashion.

I was very disappointed with this company. I was given a quote to clean the interior, exterior and tracts for my windows. I was given a separate charge for the cleaning of the screens on my lanai. When the employee came to do the work he only used a duster on the screens on the lanai (no water or washing was done on the screens) and when I told him he was also to clean the window tracts he said he did not have the equipment to do it.

After I reminded him it was itemized in the estimate he went to his vehicle and came back with a rag and an ink pen. He then pushed dirt to the edges of the window tract with the rag and pen and left it there. I called his supervisor and was told to use my vacuum attachments myself. To make it worse the supervisor said they would come back the next week to clean the tracts and he never showed or called. Even after charging me the entire estimate price and getting paid for it. Beware. I would not use this company again!
