They really got down to business. Showed up on time and they were very professional!

Good in the past, nice guys but their quote to help me get into my house after being locked out was outrageous. I live half a mile from them, and they were wanting to charge me five times what it shoud cost for one minute of work. Luckily for me I found my spare.

Derek is super cool, takes care of business, does what he says hes going to do and is a easy guy to talk with as well. highly recommended. If you're looking for a locksmith give this guy a try

7pm in a so so neighborhood.business closing, although the service and response was relatively quick, the upsell was shocking! I'm not sure about all of the ins and outs of the locksmith business, will I do know if somebody was trying to take advantage of my situation of locking my keys in the car after Dark, very near to the DOJ and DMV buildings. over the phone I was told initial fee of $45 and then an assessment of the situation. it was a standard lock your keys in the car can see them from the passenger window 30-second operation oh, I've had several of them in the past.

So many so that according to my roadside assistance membership that I've exceeded the yearly allotments emergency appearances from tow truck drivers. I can't remember exactly if I had this situation happened to me after dark with a regular Lots new I don't know what the regular or after-hours time. Is it was approximately 7:38 p.m. so Saudi locksmith shows up in pretty good time approximately half after half hour after I talk to him and his boss standard to call process talk to the boss who seem to be at home with his family and then immediate call back from the driver and self with location confirmation.

After the driver gets 30 says a standard $35 which was $10 less than I was quoted butts after assessing the standard lock your keys in the car situation he quotes me as I couldn't even remember the exact price because after I heard it I almost passed out I believe it was in the area of $265. This time there was no bargaining or false pretenses in my negotiations oh, I was dead serious and telling the hundred percent truth.

Straight up I told them $65 seems fair and that's all I have in my pocket, he proceeded to pretend as if he was calling back to the shop or to the boss or speak with some money it was quite obvious that he was talking into his phone only. After a couple minute one way so conversations he agreed on the 65 he got the job done in less than a minute and we are both on our way.

Now I'm pretty sure that I'm pretty sure that any type of locksmith companies not going to want to see this published however I'm not sure what kind of leeway exactly the driver had if you had the authority to charge to 60 something more power to the company. Put in that case and in any case going forward I now know that pretty much still take what you got anything over the initial quoted amount. Hopefully this information will help you not get burned going forward. It was actually a little pick her up over and took my mind off of burning the $65 in the first place unnecessarily ahead and locked my keys in the damn car

Pure Garbage! I explained my situation and the guy never scheduled me a appointment; just kept texting me back like im slow. I told him he must not want to make no money and im going to leave a bad review wich i hate doing. But he deserves it.

Derrick is so nice and professional. He really has complete knowledge of the business. He knows every lock that's available in the market. His fee and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend him for the job.

All these places are way too expensive to make keys when people are desperate that's when they hit you in the throat

They were very nice, quick and professional. My door was having a problem with the latch, and they fixed that too real quick while they re-keyed my house.

Lifesaver! Professional, fair price, and quality service and work. I lost my keys at the airport on a recent trip and I didn't have a spare. I would have had to tow my car to a service center to get a replacement made, on top of the high replacement price and service charge to have the key made. These folks came right to my car within just a couple hours of my call and set me up with an electronic replacement and an analog spare in under an hour.

I was able to greet the service professional at my car in front of my home and then continue working inside while he programmed my key. Super friendly and helpful, charged a fair price- much cheaper than the dealer, and great service. Highly recommend!

Extremely knowledgeable. Was able to rekey a lock from Quickset to Schlage. Also told me the best place to buy a lock that they did not carry and then they rekeyed that lock as well. Very friendly and helpful.

Amazing Customer Service! I can't begin to explain how helpful their locksmiths are. We had a residential lock situation on a door that was high security/ pick proof and it only took him seconds to get us in the house.
