I live in the Highlands in Chesterfield. Nick Rich did an absolute wonderful job. We had been dealing with another vendor who was so-so, and after being stood up we decided it was time for a change. Nick is very hard to reach and it took about 4 calls and 1 week to get in touch with him. But my oh my was the wait worth it, the house had a complete makeover.

On 2 occasions Nick walked us outside to do walkaround to assure that everything was to our expectations. I would have to assume most companies would just leave an invoice on the door and leave. What stuck out the most was the personal experience he offered, he never once brought up or pushed us to pre-pay, he was nice and talked to us about our expectations before he started work. We hope to have him back out here again and will recommend to our neighbors.

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago with them for today (Saturday). They were scheduled to clean my gutters and Powerwash my deck. They no showed me without even calling to reschedule. I called their office, but of course since it's Saturday all I got was a machine. I'm going elsewhere and recommend anyone considering this company do so too. You can't do good or bad work when you don't even show up!

I don't normally do reviews on anything but the food industry except when someone goes above and beyond. This company was great! Professional, punctual, and affordable. We had severe mold on the back and side of our home and Nick and his team came and got the job done right the first time. They used a unique solution that isn't damaging to siding to remove and treat the source of the problem. Included in the home treatment was windows, gutters, downspouts, they also can do just about anything else you need like specific deck cleaning or foundation. I will definitely be using again when we sell our current home to get it ready to show! Thanks again!
