We saved so much money by using Cortez Construction because David was able to do paving, woodwork, and electrical work. It was like hiring three contractors in one. He completely transformed our patio into a beautiful outdoor dining area. We were impressed by his attention to detail and creative solutions. David is extremely friendly, trustworthy, and hard working.

David did an amazing job on custom built-ins around our fireplace. He was always on time and communicated with us throughout the process. We absolutely love his work and without a doubt will use him for projects in the future. If you have any home projects I would definitely recommend him, great work at a great price!

David replaced all our carpet with engineered wood floors. They turned out beautiful! Our favorite area is the wood staircase with matching wood banisters. He did a great job matching the stain. He also transformed our traditional oak prefab kitchen cabinets into shiny, white custom looking cabinets with fancy trim on the top & bottom.

David did an outstanding job in our home. David made all new kitchen cabinet doors and refinished the cabinets. In additional, we had David completely gut our master bathroom. We had him remove a garden tub and install a high-end Las Vegas style shower. He also made new cabinets, granite counter tops and completely tiled the floor and walls. You would not believe the outstanding job.
