Pool Designs

So we went into this with Pool Design not knowing anything about them and hoping for the best. Our current pool failed and they were the only ones that had pools in stock. Let me tell you we lucked out with them big time. Everyone and everything they did was highly professional, on time and as promised. Great crew. Louis was our on site person. He was like an admiral on an aircraft carrier.

Everything was timed perfectly for a ONE DAY install. Sophia and Liz in the office could not have been more helpful. Juan who came to do the opening was a pleasure. Took his time with us explaining everything. We had to have our entire back yard redone due to a failing and old vinyl pool. Pool Designs was by far the best vendor of the three we used for this project. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new or replacement pool.

We approached Pool Designs in August of 2020 initially starting with Michael and soon thereafter Derek who provided skilled guidance with making solid recommendations. Their proposal was competitively priced and Derek assured us the four month lead time was real so we ordered immediately after obtaining our variance on December 4th. In March Derek assured us they'd be there on April 9 and sure enough they dug the hole and filled the pool later that day and left it piped with the filter ready for operation by 9pm.

Their expert crew could not be more helpful and my being the GC enabled us to be swimming in the pool by the 20th of May. Their service department has been consistent and reliable and Liz and her team have all been forthright and knowledgeable. We went for an automatic pool cover and have no regrets. Electrically they were cooperative with working to our surrounding plans.

Mark was very helpful with the pool cover designing I needed so I could build a wood deck over the auto-cover. We used Pool Designs based on favorable reviews and now experiencing a positive installation we are pleased to list our review. Frank Karam. PA

They promised me my pool would be installed last June. They dragged their feet and ignored my messages. Installed in Oct. I didn't even open the pool, Had to close it and cover it up, They never showed me how to use the new filter system with salt generator, ,,N ever a follow up on my satisfaction, , now I'm waiting on them to show me how to operate my pool that I want to open.front office is terrible along with an attitude, ,, Once they get their money you mean nothing to them. I wish I used a different company.

No BS. Excellent experience. Soup to nuts in 3 weeks, the bulk of which was actually one day. The rest was masonry, electric, inspections etc. People who take 6-10 months for a concrete pool that can be done with fiberglass for less money and 1/6th the time defies logic and intelligence. PS - get the DARKEST color they offer. We've gone mid May - mid October the past 3 years in Central NJ with NO artificial heating. Everyone asks if the pool is heated. Nope, just ! Save $$$.

If I had an enemy, I wouldn't wish this contractor on them. They lied repeatedly about install date, they caused a host of issues with our town, caused us thousands in extra survey fees and at the end of 2021 still no pool. We believe they have our pool shell to someone else. No one would call us for weeks, then when we reached someone they didn't know what was going on. What a nightmare!

They really know their stuff and have more reasonable pricing compared to other pool stores. The experts take out the guess work and give you step by step instructions on what to do for your pool's problem. Just be ready for a little bit of a wait when they're busy. They give each customer their full attention on their turn.

Pool Designs installed our salt water pool 3 years ago. This was the easiest, stress free decision we ever made on our home. We are creating such great memories with our pool. Thank you Pool Design!

We love our pool which was installed in 2017. The crew was pretty impressive, and it was exciting to watch the install. I would have given 5 stars, except we had 2 snags: one very rude employee on the clean-up (everyone else has been pleasant), and an issue with the placement of the pool. I wanted it a foot further from the house, but Louis talked me out of that.

Then when the hardscapers came to do the decking, they had to cut my existing patio back a foot to have proper pitch. So, I didn't get the pool where I wanted it, I lost a foot off my patio, AND I had to pay to have it cut back. We were not happy about that, but otherwise we had a good experience with Pool Designs, and we have a beautiful pool. I have already recommended Pool Designs to others and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Viking fiberglass as well for the excellent quality.

They did a great job installing my pool last year. Very quick, and very professional. Liz runs the service department and is always available to answer any questions I have and schedule my openings and closings each year. I highly recomend.

Once again we just have to say what a fantastic job you guys did on our pool! Especially John! If it wasn't for him, there is no way this project would have turned out as perfectly as it did. We cannot say enough praise towards John and his dedication to his work. He is truly a professional and I will recommend him to everyone I come acress.

I don't know how to thank you enough for my incredible spa! I still can't belive that I hae such a beautiful spa in my backyard! I swim in it every day and I think my legs are getting stronger already! Thank you so much for giving me this amazing gift. You two are like grandparents to me! I love you two so much!
