I had a great experience with Stapley Action Garage Door. They were able to work with my schedule, do a thorough job at repairing and servicing my door, educate me on proper maintenance and beat their competitors price (A1) by nearly half. They were responsive and honest in their communication and the job they completed.

I just had Stapley out today to replace both garage openers and I couldn't wait to leave a great review! they were honest, fairly priced, and did a wonderful job of installing both openers. Ethan (my tech) was by far the nicest guy we have had service our garage and intend to use them and refer them to friends and family.

Ethan our installer was a really good guy. He was very professional, efficient, quick and clean. No problems from start to finish with the company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They installed my door and opener five years ago. When recently it started opening on its own for no reason they came right out the next morning. There seemed to be nothing really wrong with the opener that would explain the problem, so they wiped the computer memory and reset the factory settings, lubricated everything. It not only fixed the problem but it now works better than new, quiet, smooth and perfect. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with Jesus, his installation of our new garage door. He was very nice, his service was excellent and he wiped the door down inside and out when he was completed I would definitely give him and his company a five star review. When people asked me for recommendations for a good garage door replacement company or for repair I will definitely give them Stapley Action Garage Door LLC. Good job guys.

We were not unhappy with installation of a garage door opener but the up selling. The installer stated that our garage rollers were showing wear and replacement for 10 premium rollers was $200. Not being experts we said yes and took him about 25 minutes to replace them. After he left I went to Home Depot website and found out an equal or superior rollers cost $25 for 10 rollers. We expect a labor cost for installation but but the labor price per hour in this case is extremely high. Our advice is do the research.

These guys are great! This is coming from a contractor who knows all the little games that can be played by shady folks. They were in and out quickly, no ridiculous upsell, on time and professional.

Very professional and competent installation. The installers were courteous and explained things well. Efficient and fast install, and they cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. What more could you ask for?

I had a local company come out quote a price that was completely unreasonable. In my frustration I got onto The Home Depot site to purchase my own opener with plans to hire a handyman for installation. On a whim, I requested information about HD installation and they connected me to Stapley Action Garage Door. What a blessing! Everyone was courteous, responsive and efficient.

The office staff were really helpful and scheduled an appointment within days. Matt showed up on time and was professional and pleasant. He worked quickly and took the time to talk about my options and to explain the new system. There was no attempt to upsell services even when reviewing options. I called after hours and left a message, first thing this morning got a return call from Michelle who was so great and had an estimate ready for me and was able to get me on the schedule same day! Woohoo! Matthew S called ahead as promised, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and had my garage back in business in a jiffy. Prompt, polite, and not pushy. Got me a quote to plan ahead for our 30 year old opener that is still chugging along. Great, smooth experience! Highly recommend this company!

I had an amazing technician, Jacob, who expertly adjusted my garage door opener and replaced necessary parts. He assisted me with setting up garage access from the button on my car mirror and the my Q app on my smart phone. The price was very reasonable. Matthew was awesome! Explains everything in detail. Not only did he work efficiently, when he was done he took the time to wipe everything down. He made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! Matthew came out within a couple hours of our garage door falling on our car. He fixed the door and rollers and reinforced our panels so we didn't even have to buy new ones. The door is running better and quieter then it did before. Matthew was efficient, quick working and professional. I will always entrust my business to them. Thanks guys!

I've been at Stapley Action Garage Door customer for over 20 years and I'm always 100% satisfied with the service I received. My technician, Jesus, and his assistant did a stellar job on my new garage door opener replacement. My old chain driven unit was over 20 years old and was dying a slow death. Jesus suggested a LiftMaster belt driven system and is super quiet.

I LOVE it. You can barely hear it open and close. The installation took less than an hour and both of my remotes were programmed for me and everything about the new door opener was explained in detail. I would highly recommend Stapley Action Garage Door to anyone interested in affordable, high-quality products and service.

Mathew was extremely efficient. Explained what was not working on my door and gave me options on replacing my opener. Replaced my 16 year old opener with a new lift master and showed me how to set it up on my phone with the app. Extremely satisfied with the next day service and a solution to our problem! Employees are rude. Owner is even more rude. Whoever drives the company car with the FHA0SB needs to be fired as well.

I called at 8:00am to request service because our garage door would not open. The person who took the call was very professional and said the technician would be to our house in 2 hours and would call before arrival and guess what this actually happened.yeah. The technician arrived, evaluated the door and advised me verbally as well in writing what the problem was and the necessary parts to repair.

He also gave me 3 different warranty options for me to choose, each option with a different price and years the warranty would cover. I chose the warranty option and the work started. The technician had the work completed within a hour and the door garage door worked perfectly. The technician was very professional and answered all my questions. Great job

Stapley replaced my garage door in 2015, did a tuning in 2019, and an expected repair today. All 3 services have been exemplary and priced very reasonably. Love the quality of work, professionalism, and effort. Always prompt and respectful. Thank you to Ethan for the great and speedy work!

Communication about pricing is somewhere between inadequate and dishonest. When you are dealing with them (if you choose to) make sure to ask for the exact price of everything before you agree to have it done. When the technicians were working on my garage, they had to change some of the parts (which was fine) but they always told me it would be 'just a little more' than the amount I was quoted. The actual price ended up being MUCH higher than 'just a little more.'

Ordered garage door thru Home Depot. Guy came out to measure. We were told 2-4 weeks for garage to be installed. It's been 3 weeks and we call to get an update (WE called, to get an update). Come to find out the door had not even been ordered yet. Lady on the phone says, "It's not ordered so I don't know what you want to do." Wonderful customer service. I will be canceling this order and taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT ORDER A GARAGE DOOR FROM HOME DEPOT.

Called them as they replaced my garage doors thru Home Depot. Associate showed up and had no idea of my conversation with the office and proceeded to offer me a DIFFERENT opener for more money than originally quoted. Sent him packing. Their communication isn't great. I have to call them for updates on my garage door that I ordered through Home Depot over a month ago. When I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks, I called and they said they lost my order for the garage door. Therefore, they needed to re-order it. At this point I am frustrated with this company. I just called them again and now they are saying the status of my shipment hasn't shipped.

Now I have to wait another weekend for them to call whatever company they ordered the garage door from in Ohio. This is taking too long and I still have a broken garage door. All they can tell me is "I don't know what happened and that I will call you back with an update." Blah. Also, the tech that came out for measurements over a month ago reeked of alcohol. What kind of company is this!

We hired these guys to install a garage door opener through Home Depot. They never asked for any information about our garage door, but on the day of our appointment they told us we need an extension and would need to reschedule. This seems to be a common issue, so I don't know why they wouldn't have asked me my garage door height when they scheduled the original appointment. That's inconvenient, but while on site, the tech called the office in front of me and rescheduled 5 days out. 3 days later the office texted me asking if I was ready to reschedule.

I said, "I already did reschedule?" They have no idea what's going on. They can't even correctly schedule a job on a calendar. What's worse was that they tried to make us pay a trip charge when they showed up for the second visit. They only agreed to waive the fee once they realized how upset we were. The tech Andrew was rude to my husband. Watch a YouTube video and fix it or install it yourself. Don't waste your money with these people.

Our garage door and opener broke so we ordered a new, stock size garage door and opener thru Home Depot the middle of November. Stapley is the contractor for Home Depot. They were supposed to schedule the installation last week, didn't hear from them, I called today and was told now our standard size, basic (not customized at all) door won't even be shipped from Ohio until January 10th! That's 2 months after we ordered and paid for it!

Apparently they must not make any garage doors until you order it, even standard size, otherwise why would it take over 2 months just to ship the damn thing. If we hadn't gotten such a great price I would cancel the whole thing. Previous to going with Home Depot, we got a bid from a local company for the same size and style door who would have been able to install it the same week! They were nearly a $1000 more so that's why we went with HD, but we had no idea we would be stuck without a functioning door for 2 months.

!HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered and paid for a garage door 3 months ago. No one has called to give an update on when we should expect it to be installed. What a waste of time this joke of a company is!

Awesome service! Referred through Home Depot. Received phone call back quickly to set up appointment. Ethan arrived during planned window with text to warn of arrival and details of who to expect. I see positive reviews, however, I called on Thursday, sent photos, was told I would be contacted the following day.despite a follow up email from me on Saturday and Monday, they did not have the courtesy to reply. OK, if the project is too difficult for them, I understand. However, have the courtesy to let me know. I lost 5 days waiting for Stapley "No-Action" Garage Door. I met my needs via Angie's List. (Not even sure why I gave them 1 star, other than the fact, that they were polite on the phone when I first called.) grw

Mark came out to install. He was friendly, and efficient and polite. He had a small problem with one panel being incorrect, and got on it right away with the office and ordered the right one quickly. Other than that, it was a problem free install and the doors are beautiful!

A part of our garage door opener broke first thing in the morning on a hectic Monday. We called Stapley Action and spoke to a nice employee who was able to get a technician, Jose, out the same day. He arrived on time, examined our opener and gave us details and prices for repairing or replacing. We chose to replace and Jose swapped out old for new within 30 minutes. He explained all of the functions and demonstrated how to set our keypad. We received great service AND an unbeatable price! Couldn't ask for more!

To be honest I'm posting this review before service is even completed based on the fact that "on time" is essential. Now that being said we all understand that things happen, but when you were called 3 times to set up a service window and we tell you we have a busy hectic life to keep up with, you would think we would at the very minimum receive a call that you are running behind.

This company didn't do that. Our window was 8am-12 pm it is now past 1 and nothing. Cant comment on their work as I haven't seen it yet, but if we are grading simply on merit and doing what you say. it's an F all day.

We purchased 2 garage door openers and this is the company Home Depot uses. Stephanie set up my appointment and Mark installed the garage door openers. The appointment was on schedule and Mark was very knowledgeable about his craft. The cost to install them is totally worth not having to do it ourselves! We will definitely call on them if we have garage door issues in the future and highly recommend them.

Corey was wonderful he did a great job! He was polite, cleaned up after himself, and a very excellent young man. I couldn't thank you enough.
