An appointment was made to visit my home to check out my broken garage door. No one arrived in the during the time I was told to expect them. I got a call after the window asking if they could reschedule for the next day. That was fine. The next day they didn't arrive. I got another call asking if they could bump the arrival back to a third window.
I agreed. No one showed up. I called and told them I was no longer interested in dealing with the organization. They may or may not do great work, but in my circumstance they certainly didn't respect my time.
