New Life Roofing

Super unprofessional and rude staff! When they came not only where they an hour late, but they drove up like a crazy person almost hitting multiple cars on my street. When they finished the employees left trash all over my yard that I had to clean up filling my trash can completely. I'd say to fire just the employees who came to our house but they gave 3 different names probably because they knew they messed up and didn't want to get in trouble when I complained. I will never use this company again and urge everyone else to stay far away as well.

I cannot say enough good about New Life Roofing, Richard and his team. Let me say that I am a tough customer. I check credentials and research every company I use at my home. I ask lots and lots if questions all through the process. Richard and the team were always helpful and tolerant of all of my inquiries. Their work and attention to detail is exceptional.

They did a complete tear off and put on a new roof. I chose to use GAF Timberline Architectural shingles after doing the product research. New Life wont ask for a penny down. They make sure the job is done well and correctly before settling the invoice with their customers. Richard is the owner and he came down to do the inspection and the estimate.

He was always available if I had any questions during the process. They identify any issues with the decking etc after the tear off and before the reinstall. They did find an issue with my AC roof jack and so they had an AC company come in to repair that before installing the new shingles. They left my property immaculate. I will say that if I could have given them ten stars, I would have. Highly recommend!

Never called to schedule estimate after saying they would. I won't try again.

Bought new house with unknown aged roof. Richard was great, he came at the scheduled time and provided estimate for my roof. He seemed honest, and advised me I had another 4 years on my roof before needing replacement.

Richard and his crew are the best! Tim, Gerald, Jason and Tony. They did an excellent job on my tile roof. Richard explained everything I asked and is very patient. No pressure!

They don't take new customers. How does a business not take new customers? Apparently they have enough money to not need mine
