When I started ARS Roofing my intentions were to be able to provide for my family allowing us to live a comfortable life, but also to provide for others and create a sense of security and protection for our clients. I currently employ over 20 full time, year round employees with an ample salary to allow them to provide for themselves and their families with ease.My continued vision is to provide full medical benefits for each employee and retirement benefits. This product was designed and created specifically for residential exterior walkways, patios, decks, balconies, stairways, around swimming pools, hot tubs, and locker rooms.

Once the gutters start showing signs of rust or holes it's a sign that it's time to replace the gutters. We replace gutters mainly with 26 gauge steel gutters with baked enamel. We offer an array of color options for your convenience at no additional charge. The pre-painted gutters do not have streak or roller marks. We also offer pre-painted downspouts.

ARS Roofing not only saved the day for me during last year's storm but followed through with a full roof replacement that had a few unexpected challenges. The team (office and onsite) were always professional, kept me informed of when they would be onsite, and took the time to show me where the source of damage was from the storms and how they were ensuring the issues would be resolved.
First rain after the replacement I was a bit nervous. but everything stayed nice and dry inside. And the cherry on top, the gutter guards mean no more squirrel peanut shells clogging the downspouts!

ARS had great customer service and responded the next day to a repair request. They showed up early and billing was easy. ARS Roofing is a class act. I had them come out to give me an estimate on my new home in Rohnert Park to clean my solar panels. The estimator who was very professional had pointed out to me that our rain gutters and a defect when installed. I immediately called the builders and they came out and fixed it under warranty. If it wasn't for the detailed inspection of ARS Roofing I would of never found out about this until it was too late. Thank you for all your help ARS Roofing for ensuring my roof and solar panels are working soundly! I've since have recommended ARS Roofing to all my neighbors and family.

ARS was quick to send out on estimator and the worker that came out was very fast, but upon completion of the work, it was not as nice as I expected. I was never completely pleased with the work, as some of nail holes were un-filled and some of the sheet metal repair looked rushed and puckered and poorly sealed. Later, upon cleaning out my gutters, I took pictures and got the courage to reached out to the owner to explain my frustration and share pics I had taken.
She explained that she had already fired the guy who came to my home that day and she agreed that the work was not up to her standards as well! She offered, a more than fair partial refund and even offered to have a "great" crew come out to redo the work for free. I appreciate that the owner stood by her company.

ARS has been one of the best companies we've worked with since buying a house. Getting a new roof is a huge financial decision and I wanted to go with a company that would do it right the first time and that's exactly what we got. The companies communication is top notch. Everyone I've spoken with at this company has been patient and kind. They will even have someone come pick up things from you if you need them to. And the owner is an absolutely lovely woman who personally comes by to make sure the work is done and done well. I HIGHLY recommend ARS for your roofing needs.

I have known ARS for a long time and have had many community interactions with them. When covid hit, like a lot of us, we decided to update the house. The tile roof needed to be updated, new gutters and gutter covers. I called Letitia and she had her team get right on it. We got the estimate quickly and then decided to make it happen. Roof was done first, then the gutters and covers.
When they removed the old gutters, poor construction from when the house was built, revealed issues with part of the roof and the damage as a result, ARS let me know, showed me the options and we went ahead and had them fix it all. Well worth it! It looks great and their team made it easy!

I have hired ARS several times to do work on my roof. First, when I bought my house and needed some work done to get it up to code. I also had them install gutter guards. Most recently, I had them clean my roof since it was covered in moss and tree debris. Letitia's crew came out in the rain and spent 4 hours on my roof scrubbing it completely clean.
They also cleaned my gutters and did a fantastic job. If you didn't know, ARS is a black-owned business and Letitia, the CEO has been recognized nationally for her entrepreneurship and leadership. She also founded a local nonprofit that helps youth get jobs in construction. Totally 100% worth supporting this awesome company!

We used ARS and had a very good experience. It was during the time when it was difficult to get a roofer to even return a phone call, but ARS had a real person answering phones. And even though the list to get our roof done was long, we were guaranteed to have our leaks addressed until it was our turn. And that is exactly what happened. We had 2 minor leaks patched asap during the heavy rain season and then got our roof done over the summer.
Next rainy season, the new roof performed perfectly. All of the ARS people were very hard working and professional. We are extremely happy with our new roof, which has a life time warranty. It was a tiny bit extra to have the materials and labor covered for the life time warranty, but we felt it was worth it because we do not want to re-roof again!

ARS is tops in my book. As a Realtor I have referred them several times. Always prompt and excellent reports. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and often without any charges. They have emergency service for small jobs too. ARS provides the highest integrity abd quality service, and always with a smile. The only roofer I'll recommend!

Leticia, I wanted you and your staff t know how pleased we are with the new membrane roof you installed on our playroom last November. The membrane replaced a very leaky tar and gravel roof. No leaks this winter! Best of all the reflective qualities of this roof are amazing. Even on the hottest days the room stays cool, where previously the room was uncomfortably hot.

Sonoma/Marin Seamless Gutters did a wonderful job on your new gutters. From the moment we met Don Williams, we knew we were dealing with a professional, trustworthy company. His presentation was very informative. He was able to answer our questions and advise us on areas about which we knew nothing. As a solar company we have used various roofers over the years. Once we found ARS however we didn't have to look any further. They are truly the best roofing contractor we have ever worked with. Not only do they do great work on the roof but they have a fabulous office staff so you can always reach a knowledgeable person who can assist you.
