I used Flooring Direct to replace an old stained carpet with vinyl flooring. Moji was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in making our selection. When the flooring delivery was delayed, Moji managed to reschedule us. The work was completed before we left on a vacation. We are very happy with the results. Pablo did an outstanding job installing. The room looks fantastic. Moji was wonderful to work with. I would not hesitate to use Flooring Direct again. Thank You!

Gorgeous Selection! All the newest styles of carpet, wood and tile. It was easy for me to find the carpet I wanted and they gave me an excellent price. When the installers got there, they were courteous and got right to work. Handled my furniture with care and left my house clean. I will recommend Flooring Direct to all my friends and family. We have used Flooring Direct twice now for our wood flooring installations. We came back to them because the did such an amazing job working with us. They provided top not service and the end job looked amazing. So we went back to them and the end result was the same. The install team (Tino) were very detailed, clean, and friendly. I took all of my information back to the store and they worked with the manufacturer, who had indeed sent the wrong color!

Navid and his team were amazing. We are doing a total house renovation and we had 3,000 square feet of hardwood floor put down. The installers Tino and Jose were great as well. They were in my house for almost two weeks. They were respectful and made having people in our house very comfortable. Navid and his team were easy to work with, very responsive and answered all my questions promptly.

Called at last minute to say they couldn't measure due to illness. Did not call back when they said they would. When we did schedule an appointment she said she would come if she didn't have another client. No thanks. Guess my 800 square feet wasn't enough. We found the same tile for $2 less per square feet, and installation for $1 less per square foot.

Our project involved ripping out several rooms of carpet and replacing it with a match to the existing ceramic tile. Team manager Moji streamlined every step of the process, personally overseeing the estimate, the delivery of the product from across the country, and the quick and professional installation of the new tile, which her crew blended seamlessly (even at tight baseboards and door thresholds).

After purchasing a house, we hired Flooring Direct to remove old carpet and install luxury vinyl planks. The project went smoothly from start to finish. We received a few quotes and Flooring Direct was the lowest cost option, but the quality of their work and the product is fantastic. The project was able to kickoff a week early, which we really appreciated, and they finished exactly on time. Jose was the lead installer and he did thorough, great work and always showed up on time. I'd recommend visiting their showroom and getting a quote if you have flooring needs.

We are SO GLAD that we contacted Flooring Direct for an estimate because their service and price were unbeatable. Their workmanship was impeccable and the price was $1,000 lower than a bid for the same exact materials! The sales rep that took measurements and coordinated the job was excellent. He was always kind, super polite and had an amazing eye for all the details of the job. The end result is an absolutely gorgeous Gemcore wood floor with beautifully painted baseboard molding. They left the jobsite perfectly clean. The Flooring Direct showroom on Speedway Blvd in Tucson is well stocked with many great choices but isn't very appealing visually.

Their budget location seems to keep their overhead costs down allowing for very competitive bids. Both the storefront and the interior could use some decorative upgrades but, really, who cares about this if it can save the customer lotsa bucks? Get past this somewhat cluttered or run down appearance and you will have no regrets in using these folks for your floor installation.

I wanted to replace my kitchen flooring. All I knew was that I wanted something lighter than what I had, and I wanted Luxury Vinyl Plank. Moji was a great help; she took what little I knew and found me the perfect color. The installer was really nice, and did a great job. It is a small kitchen, so it only took a day, which was very nice. The floor is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with the service. I definitely would recommend Flooring Direct.

I highly recommend Flooring Direct. My mom and I were shopping for flooring for her home and just happened to stop in the Speedway store. David was both knowledgeable and tremendously helpful. He gave us a quote that was on budget. He was even able to arrange remodeling of my mom's kitchen, painting and the installation of a new bathroom vanity complete with tiled backsplash.

As my mom is in her 80's and I was traveling, he had people come in and pack up my mom's house. He resolved other issues created by my travel schedule including picking up the reset lights that I forgot to get. The work was started and completed on schedule, and he sent in a crew to completely clean the house for my mom's return. The floors, kitchen and bath look spectacular!

And throughout, David was a gem to work with going above and beyond to resolve all issues. He proved to be a man of his word and one who truly cares about a job well done. Again, the highest of recommendations for Flooring Direct.

We had tile, carpet, and Bamboo installed about 1.5 years ago. After some time, there were problems with the bamboo due to our homes foundation. The folks at Flooring Direct stood behind their work and replaced the bamboo with some beautiful tile. Very happy with their work and customer service.

The best flooring store I have ever worked with. We have redone 5 homes in Tucson and have used Flooring Direct every time. The pricing on Travertine was significantly lower than Lowes and Home Depot and the quality is so much better than big box stores. They beat other flooring stores by thousands.

Great service from Moji. She saved me so much time by looking through the stock to find exactly what I wanted over the phone then sent over a sample with the estimate team. It was perfect and the price was very reasonable. Next day, bright and early, the installation was fast and the guys were friendly and courteous.

A year ago, I had carpet installed in my home for a space over 1000 sqft. I didn't know who I should hire for the job and called express flooring and empire, however it was empire that did the job for me.

Moji was my first contact at the store. My house was flooded and we needed complete carpeting, tile and wood flooring. Moji was very helpful in assisting in my selections of flooring, providing me samples to take home, measuring my floor needs and just being supportive at all times.

Love our new tile! Flooring Direct was recommended to us by a friend that used them in her Bear Canyon home. We went to the store located on Speedway. David greeted us and was most helpful but not pushy! We've been wanting to re-tile the whole house since we bought it 4yrs ago. This was going to be a BIG project! We found an awesome 20 X 20 porcelain tile. David came out within an hour to measure and give us an estimate.

The great price he quoted included tear out, haul away, install on the diagonal, grout and clean up. We paid half down and the remainder due after completion. Let's do this! The men arrived the morning of the agreed upon date. They hung plastic to help keep the dust from the tear out contained. It took just over a day to remove all the old ugly tile.

Good riddance! They cleaned and prepped the floor. I had asked if they could do a little design at the one kitchen entry as the living room, dining room and kitchen are all connected and open. Putting the tile in on the diagonal would not meet up correctly coming back around to the start area. Or, so I thought. They began laying it out and said they'd see if they could make a continuos run.

They started in two different areas. Oh, no. My stomach was in knots. We had some errands to run so we left. When we returned they had a line of tile run from the entry, through the living room, dining room, kitchen and matching up perfectly with that in the entry. Wow! We couldn't believe it. We didn't have to break up the flow of the tile.

Happy dance! After grouting everything they washed, washed and thoroughly cleaned up. What a huge difference the new tile made in the house! David even came out to see the install and make sure we were happy with the work. Absolutely wonderful service from start to finish! Thank you so much

Excellent flooring store, They know their Job, polite and expert installers, and I like when the owner is very honest when you are selecting the product, right advise, right price and right customer service.

My husband has ALS and we needed to have tiling put down along with redoing our bathroom. David and his staff did an excellent job and paid attention to every detail. Asking questions because of my husbands condition to make sure it would be able to fit our needs. I have never loved a bathroom as much as I love mine. I feel like I am in a spa and you do not have a handicap look.
