This company does not return calls. I've been calling them since last year and not even a courtesy call. I have two leaks that need to be taken care of before things begin to get worst! I'm very disappointed, I still have 3-4 years warranty on the roof. Service: Roof installation

I'm having mixed feelings about writing this review. My encounter with the company during the process of having my flat roof replaced was excellent. My problems began AFTER, 9 months later to be exact. With all the recent rain I noticed the drop tile in the corner of my bedroom had a wet spot, the same corner that prompted the repair in the first place.

I started calling the company back in November, it's now December 18 STILL no callback. I've made several attempts to have someone take a look at it or at least give me calling back but nothing. The woman answering the phone has told me she has forwarded every call and isn't sure why one has gotten back to me. The repair work has a 2 years warranty, hopefully it can be resolved before that expires.
