I had an electrical gremlin causing a circuit breaker to trip in my residence. I called Klein and Robin was extremely helpful. She asked me some basic questions and remedies (swap out circuit breaker, disconnect all appliances/users in circuit, check GFI outlets) to ascertain the exact nature of the problem. She assigned a technician who arrived the next morning.

The technician, Alberto, was professional and had me walk through the issue. Alberto went straight to work, and discovered a ground in the circuit that I was totally unaware of. Alberto fixed the issue and offered recommendations. He was very safety-conscious and helpful. This was a very positive experience and I will use and recommend Klein again for any electrical issues. Cody was awesome! D & H Electric in Yuma gave us an $800.00 estimate to install a separate circuit breaker when all we needed was a new gfi outlet. I HIGHLY recommend Klein's Kustom Electric! Service:General repairs

I scheduled an appointment with this company and the electrician was on time. The electrician named Juan was very professional and knowledgeable. He went right to work after I explained the problem. Turns out two gfi units were bad and needed replacing. He had new units in the work truck and installed them. I ran the washer once after the repair was completed and it went through the complete cycle without mishap. Thank you Juan and Klein's Kustom Electric for a job well done.

We rent, and the home warranty company that covers us sent out Klein electric for issues with our fuse box. They fixed the issue as best they could temporarily (stopped the poltergeist-esque flickering) and got us a new box approved very quickly. They came out fast, replaced the box with expert skill, and everyone I spoke to from this company so so polite and professional. Alberto and Kody were both fantastic and even the gentleman who called me to set up the appointment made me feel like I was their only customer in the world. Can't say enough about their service, both Robin and Kody are very professional and personable. Kody explained in detail what would be required and approximately how long the job would take to complete. The quote was fair, reasonable and less than I expected, whichpleased me. The work would require a few days to complete. Kody showed up on time, kept me updated on their progress and called when the job was completed.

A few weeks later while on vacation, I called them again and explained what I needed to have done, Robin said no problem, they would take care of it and enjoy my vacation. That's the kind of company I want to do business with.

Came out earlier than expected to fix a weird issue with my doorbell. Issue was fixed quickly, efficiently, politely, and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended

Outstanding service! Starting with the Foreman/Supervisor Fred, who arrived on time to provide me with a complete and fair estimate. He was extremely patient with all my questions (as I don't speak electrician very well) and very thorough with all his explanations. I then scheduled the appt with Robin in the office, another very friendly, patient person with me.

We scheduled their electrician to start at 6am the day of the job and the electrician, Juan and his assistant, Orlando arrived about seven minutes early and did an excellent professional job. Everyone living in the Yuma area has experienced contractors that show up late or don't show up at all, without a call, way too often!
