We have been using Alarms Unlimited for over 10 years and even brought them into monitor one of the businesses we work with. Robert is very knowledgeable and professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. The installation was painless. The monitoring team is AMAZING and contacts you less than a second after your alarm goes off.

We reviewed a lot of different options when looking for an alarm company to work with and are happy we made the right decision. I highly recommend this company and would give them 10 stars if I could.

They can't be bothered to call you back. guess they don't need any new business. After 5 days got a call from Eddie. I returned call and never called me back at all Very unprofessional

This company is top notched. The technician came (with mask) was courteous, professional, did great work and they follow up and do what they say. Was super comfortable having them in my home. Upgraded alarm system is a great feature to have! Super pleased with the service!

I have had two systems put in by Alarms Unlimited. I have nothing but the best regards for them. My installer, on the second system, Jay Simpson, was exceptional. The care and follow-up were unparalleled. We have used several companies in the past and these guys rate at the top. I have had both commercial and residential installed and you wont find a better company. Give them a shot and I think you will be very, very happy! Great company to work with and a five star for sure.

From the initial installation of the system to the present, I thought Alarms Unlimited has done a great job at a fair price. The installation was carefully done and there have been very few problems over the last 20 years. When we did need service or upgrades such as a radio transmitter, the work was also efficient and expertly done.

I found Alarms Unlimited in 1998 while working security for a major corporation in San Diego. I checked all the alarm companies working in San Diego at that time. I wanted a company to provide security for some of our senior executives because of threats against them and their families.

Our company has been a customer of Alarms Unlimited for over 20 years. In that time, we experienced six attempted burglaries which would have been much more devastating had it not been for Alarms Unlimited. As soon as I was notified that our alarm had been tripped, the police were notified within minutes and were on the premises by the time I arrived.

I am extremely happy with the customer service Alarms Unlimited as provided me since becoming a customer over a year ago. One of my sensors on my window had a glitch and triggered my alarm to go off. Alarms unlimited called me right away and set up an appointment to have it checked out. Jay came out to access the problem. Jay has helped me several times and responds quickly to my calls and emails. their service is top notch and i highly recommend using them.

Excellent customer service. They were extremely receptive to our request and very efficient and knowledgeable. The fact that someone always picks up the phone 24/7 is almost unheard of today. Would highly recommend them!

This review is an easy one to write. Alarms Unlimited installed the alarm system for our home. They were fast, efficient, friendly, incredibly fastidious. They also made sure to help determine what would be the right system for us and how we could expand and upgrade at a later point if we wished to. Then they made sure we understood how to use the system and were patient in training us and helping us get adjusted. Stop browsing yelp and just call these guys!

Alarms Unlimited installed, maintained and has monitored our facilities security system since it was installed well over 20 years ago. The work that they perform on the systems and the response time that we get are amazing. Along with a system that has been solid as a rock, Alarms Unlimited's dispatch and alarm monitoring team is remarkable at giving our company 24 hour security.

We had an issue and needed an upgraded wireless alarm fast and Alarms Unlimited saved the day! We had an old system with another company and in the process of our carpets being removed, they cut the alarm wires - even though we said again and again - watch the alarm wires! We attempted to get the wireless system with the company that we had used for over 30 years because I believe in being loyal - however after they cancelled our appointment twice I realized that ADT doesn't feel the same about loyal customers.

Since both my sisters have used Alarms Unlimited for years I called them and explained our issue with needing a wireless system since wood floors were being installed that week and we didn't want to be without an alarm. The customer service person said let me see if we can get someone out that day and they did - with just a few hours' notice to give us a bid.

Everyone that we dealt with during this quick process was great. Jay the tech that installed the system was the best. I am so happy that we went with a local company and I am mad that I even wasted time with ADT. So ADT - BAD - don't use them. Alarms Unlimited - GREAT!
