Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness Zero follow up or responsibility to get back to me on a simple quote. Lost my business because everything else they do is more important apparently.

I bought my fence materials from Boundary Fence and the quality was amazing. They were very helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. They delivered the materials to my house while I was at work. If you buy fencing materials from Boundary Fence, all of your wildest dreams will come true.

Simply called to get an estimate of what the cost would be to have a fence line installed and the gentleman said rudely if I couldn't wait 10 weeks for an install, he wouldn't even want to consider doing the estimate. Going to continue my search elsewhere as that is not the kind of company I want to work with. Had the price been right I could have waited. Ultimately went with Front Range Fence Company, and would suggest you do too!

I've seen people complain about the length of time it took and if you need one put up right away, they probably aren't for you. But the quality of the work was unbeatable and they were right with the other bids I got. I chose them because they are a local company and they don't contract out their work. So if you need great work and don't mind waiting a few weeks I definitely recommend Boundary

Critical: Responsiveness Had them come out and give me a free estimate. Matt Osman can't even have the curtesy to return a phone call/ email after he wasted my time. These people are amateurs, glad I never gave them $$ because they are impossible to reach. Don't waste your time with this company. They are really bad at responding to emails and phone calls.

A tree took out fence. It took them 2 months for a project that should've taken a few days! READ CONTRACT. DO NOT SIGN.!They claim they are NOT RESPONSIBLE for DAMAGES. These folks are crooks. They have no respect and took advantage of elder. They were not responsive, constantly late or no show with no communication, and major lack of consideration as well as professionalism.

They clearly damaged sprinkler system and were very aware of it. They admitted it. They refuse to repair what they damaged. Save yourself a huge headache and take your business elsewhere.

From the moment Adam came out to give me a quote on replacing my fence to the fence was completed I wanted to give them a five star review! I found the best fence company in Denver by far. This company is all about building you a fence that you will be completely satisfied with. I gave them a try you should too.

Great customer service and quick to finish the job. We had an brand new fence put around our entire property and couldn't be happier with the end result. Fence looks amazing and definitely added a fresh look to the property. Highly recommended!

We were looking to get a black iron fence installed and I reached out to multiple fence companies. After eight different quotes I was about ready to give up. I then came across Boundary Fence Company, and from start to finish they out did everyone else; starting with their estimate that Kathi went above and beyond to get me numbers. They were almost $3,000. cheaper then our lowest quote from the other companies. Midway through the fence install, our neighbor intervened with a complaint that the fence was not placed in the correct place. Alfonso, who was installing the fence spent time with him to explain the boundaries and was able to get him to understand. In the end, their costumer service, professionalism, price, and product was hands down on point and we are very satisfied.

I've had 2 projects done by Boundary Fence and couldn't be happier. They made 2 custom metal gates for me and then installed a large chain link fence behind my garage. They are prompt and get the job done when they say it'll be done. The quality of their work is outstanding and their prices are better than anyone out there.
