I was very pleased with Jam roofing's professionalism and quality of work performed. Their bid was in line with other bids we received and from the start they were knowledgeable and answered all questions with courtesy and expertise. Our old roof required more work to remove than expected and Jam was able to send out an extra crew to take it off in a timely manner. Dan and Richard, the two crew supervisor's, were excellent to work with and all members of the crew were pleasant and hard working while seeming to have a good time doing their job. As a bonus they even listened to classic rock while working! Highly recommend Jam roofing!

JAM Roofing generously donated their roofing services to my Eagle Scout project, an outdoor covered seating area at the OHRA shelter in Ashland. They did a wonderful job in installing the roof and it looks amazing! I am so thankful for their help.

We're very pleased we selected JAM for our roofing/skylight installation job. Every interaction we had with JAM was handled professionally. Zach, our estimator, did an amazing job of explaining the product choices, giving recommendations, and answering endless questions without making us feel pressured. He even made sure we had a temporary "fix" to a problem area before the installation was done.

He was very quick to follow up with us after the installation. Amy, the project coordinator, was in regular contact with us prior to and during the installation and helped to keep us apprised of developments. She was friendly and helpful and did a great job of keeping the lines of communication open. The installation crew, (led by Richard I believe) was great.

Every day they were punctual, worked efficiently as a team and did great clean-ups before leaving. Richard patiently answered any questions we had and explained things in layman's terms that we could easily understand. Everyone on the crew was polite and friendly, even with our dogs. They were respectful of our property and careful in working around landscaping, planters, and decking.

A neighbor who watched the installation even remarked about how carefully the crew was working, both on the roof and in clean-up. She appreciated how there was no shouting, loud music or goofing off during the job. We truly appreciated how the company stayed in touch with us throughout the process, monitored the installation, kept us informed of the unexpected discoveries and worked with us to quickly resolve the issues. JAM should be very proud of their employees. This is how a successful company operates!

JAM just finished our 23-unit Townhouse roof replacement. It was a big 5-week job. From start to finish they were excellent to deal with. Zach Cummings spent over 2 hours educating me about various roof systems so we could pick the best for our units at a competitive price. He also was the lead person to communicate details with me about various stages of the project.

The tear-down and installation went smoothly with only a few minor issues that are common in roof installation that they immediately took care of. The crew was always friendly and took pride in their work. They cleaned the surrounding area thoroughly and inspected the whole project again when it was finished. Throughout the process, communication was excellent and we are quite please with the result of our new 30-yr Pabco Premier roof system and will continue to use them for yearly inspections. I highly recommend JAM for any roofing repairs or installation.

For two years I had different roofing companies try to find the reason for a leak in my sunroom during heavy rains. One claimed to fix the problem which persisted. I contacted JAM and an employee promptly came to look at the roof, identified the problem, told me why the previous repair failed, and gave me an estimate for the work. Each person I've worked with at JAM has been patient and professional and timely in their responses to my questions. Big shout out to Kevin who actually did the repair on a cold, damp day and remained gracious throughout.

I recently used JAM Roofing to replace my original roof. Kyle was a joy to work with in terms of professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness. The guys who removed my old roof and installed the new roof were prompt, extremely hard working, and meticulous with cleaning up at the end of each day. The entire project was completed in three days and it looks amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their roof anytime soon.

Jam Roofing was a great roofing contractor to deal with. They are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Zach came and gave us lots of information, brochures, material comparisons, and catalogs. He e-mailed 2 quotes that itemized every detail on what would be done from the start to finish. Everything was completed as stated. They replaced both our skylights along with the entire roof which really needed it.

The crew showed up on time worked hard all day (even in the heat) and left our home every day better than it did when they arrived. The weather called for heavy rain over the weekend and we had some concerns, but after talking to Shawn, who took the time to explained the entire process to both of us at different times assured us that everything was going to be fine and it was. The owner of this business is a straight up guy. The office staff is wonderful too. They had a little staffing problem while doing my job but the owner came out himself and made it right. I can highly recommend them if they can find some good help to hire. I know it's tough these days.

These guys might do good work, I wouldn't know as they keep delaying the job. They didnt tell me until after I signed a contract that they couldn't even start the job for MONTHS. Now there has been many more delays and soon the rain will start. Which is a problem when you need a whole new roof. So I guess the trick is getting them out to a job!

These guys did an amazing job! Had a small repair needed to finish selling our house. We were under a time crunch because of the contract. They were out a week early when all the other roofing contractors said they couldn't do it in time. They were super nice and friendly and cleaned up their mess completely. Definitely will hire them again in the future.

We have a rental property in Williams Oregon, recently with all the storms we had large tree fall on the cabin. It punctured the roof in multiple places and damaged the roof cap. Jam Roofing was the only roofer we could find that would even go out and work in Williams. Mike handled all of our Communications professionally and quickly got an estimate for the repairs to my homeowner's insurance company.

I received another bid for the same amount but ended up going with Jam for a roof replacement simply because I really liked Kyle from the first phone call and the walk through. I also couldn't pass up the Pabco warranty. Kyle was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating through the whole process. The guys who came to do the work were respectful, friendly, professional and hard working. I had a five star experience, would choose them again and recommend Jam highly.
