Dooling Landscape Service has been proudly serving homes and businesses in Santa Clara County since 1984. We install new landscapes. This includes the installation of sod, plants, irrigation, pavers, concrete, fences, decks, waterfalls and ponds. We also renovate existing landscapes. This includes pruning, yard cleanups, demolition of old concrete and then sprucing things up with new plants and flowers.

We also do landscape maintenance on commercial properties. Dooling Landscape Service began serving homes and businesses in Santa Clara County in 1984. We began by doing custom installations and yard cleanups.

Irrigation

Report

Dooling Landscape Service can design your irrigation system. This can be anything from sprinklers for large lawn areas to drip systems for planting areas near your home or drought resist landscapes. We use the most water efficient irrigation materials available. Installing a new controller will also water your landscape properly, but will also save on water usage.

Retaining Walls

Report

Seat Walls, Steps, and Retaining Walls: These are to be built out of various materials. Some of these materials can be wood, concrete blocks with stucco finish, concrete blocks with ledger stone, and concrete blocks with pre-cast tiles.

Walkways

Report

Existing surfaces for flagstone and these type of tiles are removed down to a depth of 8 inches. The flagstone and tiles are mortared to a concrete base. The concrete is 4 inches thick, with 3/8 rebar installed on 12 centers, on a 4 inch base of well compacted baserock.

Pavers

Report

We specialize in the installation of all different types of pavers for patios, walkways, and driveways. We install Calstone, Basalite, and Pacific Interlocking Pavers, to name just a few. For patios and walkways, existing surfaces are removed down to a depth of 7 inches. For driveways existing surfaces are removed down to a depth of 12 inches.

Sod Installation

Dooling Landscape Service has been installing sod lawns for clients in Santa Clara County for more than two decades. A beautiful sod lawn begins with the proper soil preparation. This includes rototilling of the soil twice, once to open up the soil, and second to add the soil amendments and incorporate them into the soil.

We engaged Dooling Landscaping in the spring of 2022, and within 2 months, Tim and his team of experienced landscapers had transformed the barren/unkept backyard of our new home into a paradise. I had a different landscaper landscape my front and back yard about 5 years ago but the sprinklers never worked right and often had leaks. Because the sprinklers didn't work well, the lawn and plants always had brown spots or just died. I asked Tim if he could fix my yard and whoa boy did he. My sprinkler system is awesome and my lawns both front and back are always green.
