This is the second time I have used this company. First, the communication is outstanding. The workers are professional and their quality is first rate. This was an older house. They spotted an area of concern (low slope on roof) and took extra steps to make sure there would be no issues in the future. I can't say enough about this company. No hidden costs.no upcharges.no surprises.and GREAT communication.

Paul and his team did an outstanding job replacing my roof. They were super fast but really paid attention to detail. This is the 5th roof replacement I've done on this house and they are by far the best. They were careful not to damage any of the landscaping even though it caused them extra work. Clean up was really good also. I would recommend Prestige to anyone looking for roof work.

Paul was very responsive and professional from first contact and throughout the entire roof replacement project. He was helpful with samples and also with dealing with our insurance provider. His crew was also very professional and hard working. The crew did the best post-project cleanup of any crew I have ever seen. The finished product looks terrific! Paul Knox put a new roof on my house 2 years ago and within a week the roof started blowing off. To this day the roof is still coming off. Paul repaired the roof in the beginning but not in the last year. I have contacted Paul several times and he is not repairing the roof like he said he would. If you have a conversation with Paul, make sure that it is either by text or email.

We called 3 different roofing companies to come out and give estimates. Not only was Prestige the least expensive of all 3 bids, but he was the only one to actually follow up the next day to make sure I understood everything. Great company to work with! Paul was "Johnny on the Spot" about being here when he said he would be here and doing what he said they would do. Our roof looks BEAUTIFUL. We could not have asked for a better job. Would HIGHLY recommend Prestige American Roofing to anyone out there needing a roof!
