I really never write reviews unless I'm really happy or really mad about customer service and work quality. I am building a custom home and have worked with every trade in the process and I can tell you Rick Thomas and Thomas Roofing was the best to work with by far. He always answers the phone, has good pricing, his crew is timely and does great work.

There were some items that needed addressed from other trades that he was able to provide solutions for to move the process along. Highest recommended and will continue to use him on all my projects.

Rick and his team replaced an old tile roof with metal and wrapped our worn out wood fascia with metal and did a fantastic job! The did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would do it, for the price I was quoted, despite a few adjustments along the way. Super responsive and pleasant to deal with! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone.

I used Thomas Roofing in the past and I didn't hesitate to call them again to have my old roof replaced. They did a great job. They were prompt, worked very hard and cleaned up prior to leaving. These guys came out to fix my roof and they were done within an hour after they arrived and you can't even tell anything happened after they finished. I had a stack of old roof shingles that I had piled up after storm damage and the crew even hauled that away as well, I didn't have to ask them. I'm very pleased with their work and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good roofing company.

WORST COMPANY EVER. I can't even put into words how awful these people are. I'm driving to work and one of their drivers cuts me off and almost drove me off the road! Who does that? Especially them having big lifted trucks and me, a young female in a car. Shows they have no morals. And now they are blowing up my friends phone harassing me, calling me previous job trying to see if I still work there.

That's harassment! Everything they did is harassment. I took a picture of the license plate and have wrote down a whole report. And I have screenshots & witnesses of them blowing my phone up and calling a job that I used to work at. Wow they are so immature! I have PROOF, they called my phone more than 10 times! You're saying you called me back? Who calls someone back more than 10 times!

And then my coworker from my old jobs has me call because they *67 the work office where i USED to work, I'm not even an employee there anymore & asked if I worked there & when she said no they said "yeah she does" and hung up. These are grown men. You are cutting off teenagers and driving reckless. It's not safe for people to drive like that. How would they feel if someone did that to them or their children?

Think before you do someone. We need better people in this world. We are all driving to get somewhere alive and we have people driving reckless. I don't know how to add pictures but I have pictures to prove everything I am saying. So yes this is a VALID review because it's about YOUR company & YOUR employees. My story hasn't changed. You're driver was unprofessional & cutting someone off and driving someone off is illegal & reckless driving.

I'm not going to sit here and continuously argue over the situation. You guys called me, like I stated before that I have proof, more than 10 times. Someone professional would call once and leave a professional voicemail and handled it correctly. So I stated everything that happened and that's the truth & still you guys are trying to make it seem like I'm in the wrong? You have bad drivers who are endangering other drivers because of no reason. So your bad drivers are UNETHICAL.

Outstanding customer service. I called about tile roofing and they gave me the pros and cons and also suggestions. They didn't try and push a new roof on me which is great, but gave me the best options available for my home.

This company is so professional. Not only are they experienced but they meet deadlines and go above and beyond to surpass expectations. Their work was actually complimented by another roofing company that was in the neighborhood. I loved their personalities as well, that is always a bonus. I'm seriously so impressed with their work that I'm telling anyone I know about their services.

I have used Thomas Roofing for twenty years and I have NEVER been disappointed in their service. They take the extra time to discuss the details of the roofing project, have professional employees and always cover the roof with a tarp while in the process of working on a project.

This is an absolutely amazing roofing company! I used them after I had hail damage. They gave me a wonderful deal and finished in a very timely matter. They beyond exceeded my expectations and the customer service was very prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Thomas Roofing was very professional throughout the whole process. They were one of the few roofing companies in the area that actually picked up the phone! They worked directly with my insurance company to give me a competitive offer and under promised and over delivered!

Not a fan or a relative. This review is authentic. Contacted this company by e-mail. No response. Called and arranged a roofing inspection with Kyle. Inspection never happened. Called to complain and spoke to Rick - whose attitude was offensive and insulting. Rick was not interested in resolving the matter, simply passed the phone to Kyle who made some excuse then hung up the phone. AFTER posting negative reviews, Thomas Roofing had an epiphany, offering apologetic and contradictory alibis.

Oh well. The train has left the station. In terms of customer service? There clearly is none. Be wary of a company that fails to respond to e-mail, schedules appointments but fails to follow through and is totally unresponsive and insulting to the resulting customer complaints.

I have used Thomas Roofing for over 20 years on jobs as diverse as new condominium construction tile roofing to large custom homes with specialized roofing requirements to repairs of existing roofs and walk decks of all types and have found them to be responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable, attentive to the work, very professional and reasonable with their charges.
