One Call Plumbing Service

6/20/2022. I had a new water heater installed in my home last week. I scored One Call Plumbing service with five stars because of Manny. He is the best! He was responsive and goes above and beyond when it comes to Customer Service, and that is incredibly hard to find these days. I can't say enough good things about him.

I had a new faucet installed in my kitchen and now my water pressure for my tub in my hall bath is not as strong as before. I've finally gotten an appointment so they can come and check what is causing this problem.

Never showed for appointment. Never called us, so we called them. Said they didn't see on their schedule, they told us they would call us right back. It's been a week! I guess they forgot us, again.

Mat was awesome! The service was quickly performed and they resolved my gas leak. I would recommend him and his boss to anyone

They came right out after calling them the next business day. Did a great job, this isn't the first time we've used them. They are reliable and do what they say they will do. Very professional.

One Call Plumbing is the perfect name for this company. I never thought about the value or the importance of a plumbers profession until that privilege was recently taken away. The staff is always professional, humble, patient enough to educate the customer about each situation in terms for the client to understand. Although this business was created to make money and support their families; they will never recommend unnecessary installations or plumbing just to make a buck. Thank you guys for being so AWESOME!

They came out day I called, great, stayed late, did not fix problem but did pay them, was supposed to come back the next day, no one would answer my call all day then got a text from the guy who came out saying it would be 5 days away before they could come out! And we have no running water. Terrible way to do business, had to call someone else.

I've used this company before where they did a good job. I'm very disappointed in this company this time. I called Sunday morning about my grinder pump issue, someone didn't come till later in the afternoon. And after being there for 2 or more hours, he said he couldn't figure out what is going on. He still look $150 from me just for coming when he couldn't figure out the problem and promise to come back next day with his supervisor.

I called more than 20 times for 2 days and left voicemail several times, even sent text messages. No show, no reply or call back for 2 days. I will never use this company again.

These guys are far from being honest! Called them out on a Friday the guy came out went over everything with him got his quote then called them out to do the job and was told a different price. I told the guy to kick rocks and get outta my yard I'm not going to give any more then what I was quoted. Beware of the scam's

Called for an emergency drain clean out told it would cost 180 an hour said ok. Told I'd get a call with in 10 to 15 minutes. No call called back and got hung up on 3 times. Plumber never showed still 2 hours later

I recommend this company to anyone. I have personally used them on several occasions and my family- we all love them! Their service guys are prompt on getting out to you and are thorough when explaining what was wrong with the plumbing issues, also, are very affordable!

Very pleasant to deal with. I can't remember the person's name but, They returned calls very promptly. Try to accommodate my situation.

Great service. Very patient and empathetic to my situation. They where under the quote they gave me and they finished about an hour before they said it would take. I literally called after work and the next day they were and finish running new lines for me.

I had a pipe rupture during a remodeling job, and they were there promptly. Their crew professionally handled the problem, so that we could get back to our work. I fully endorse their services.
