So far this company has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely prompt getting back to me to provide a quote for cleanup and monthly maintenance. Within 3 days they were back at my house and did the initial cleanup. Already my front yard is looking beautiful. Called for an estimate and said it was $800 for a days work to clean up my yard. Scheduled him and then he was a no show no call. When I called he said he was out of town and unable to come.

This is one of the worst people to go to stay away. Javier came by to give us a quote for sprinklers and grass. We were positive he was a good guy and knows what he is doing. Was so wrong. 1. He got grass delivered and left it out in sun for hours. 2. Grass that was put it was not leveled and it floods our grass. 3. Wrong sprinkler heads were put in. 4. The sprinkler system was not drained correctly flooding our side yard. We tried to contact Javier multiple times with no call back. Please save your money.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness I cannot speak to the quality of work done because we never got to that point. I had an estimate scheduled and they never showed up. I made sure to be home and available at that time. How disrespectful to not value my time, especially without even calling. I also got no response to my message to reschedule. Very unprofessional.

These people are the most wonderful landscapers - they are respectful, honest & hardest working people I have ever met. They helped us re-landscape our whole backyard which included taking out huge trees & bushes & planting all new ones - they did this in extreme heat without any complaints & we were amazed by how fast & reasonably priced they were.

We are perfectionists, so everything had to be placed just so to please us & they were very patient & made sure everything was done right. We love our backyard now & are in the process of re-landscaping our front yard now with their help. I waited two years to finally landscape my backyard. I am admittedly particular. Rubios was patient. They helped me complete my design, gave me a straightforward estimate, and did exactly what they said they would do and finished when they said they would. I have a beautiful backyard now. These are some of the hardest working people I have ever known.

They make sure it is done right. If there is anything out of place, they will fix it. If there is follow-up work you would like done, they will do it. I have to give a special plug to Jonathan. He now also maintains my landscaping and planted all the trees and shrubs. He is a hard working, respectful, tireless young man. Thank you Jonathan for everything!
