Rob is more organized than I ever expected any builder to be. His schedules are ridiculously tight and we just can't believe the house is this far along. More impressive is the fact that our unanticipated cost over-runs usually end up with Rob working over contractors to make sure we stay on budget. Rob was the ONLY choice regardless of cost.
