James was very helpful getting my whole house fan working again! Would call again for service.

I always call Justice for repairs and installation of new light fixtures, etc. they do quality work at a fair price. They usually get me on the schedule within a week or sooner. I have a nice old house with constant little issues, sometimes strange thing that have to be figured out and Justice always comes through.

I had an electrical issue that I tried to fix with a friend. and then decided it needed a professional. The tech was there for about an hour, and fixed both of the electrical issues - And installed a light fixture. Highly recommended.

Wish there was a ZERO star option. Steer clear from Justice unless you enjoy paying premium prices for standard work. I had them simply come out to replace 3 breakers in my panel. An hour later, he was done and then I received my final bill charging me $754 ($492 for the cost of the breakers and $245 to install them). $754 for COST of the breakers, wow.talk about price gouging.

When I questioned the bill, the owner just said "it is what it is". If you're in need for Electrical work in the Cedar Rapids area, you'll benefit greatly by shopping around. Never, ever will I use them again.

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They came to repair an outdoor light and a couple of other items. They left without telling me they could not fix the light and billed me. When I called to say I was not told it was not fixed the guy YELLED at me and said they've been very busy and probably forgot. He said they'd look at ordering it.

I had to call back over a month later to ask the status and they said they cannot get it but never called to let me know. Do NOT go with them if you are looking for professional customer service that treats their customers with respect.

We have a heated driveway that was damaged with the Derecho storms. Joe has been out multiple times, quickly responds and works our project. We have experienced nothing but professionalism and the willingness to tackle something out of the box.

I had called another company because I was having power surges in my house after the storm so I wanted the panel inspected to figure out what was going on. I also wanted outdoor outlets installed at my home. The other company stated that I needed my whole panned replaced, that it was damaged by the storm. I decided to call Alliant before having them do that and Alliant came out and did something and no more power surges.

I called Justice to come out to give me a second opinion on if the panel needed replaced and they said no the panel was fine, they did not charge me for that (while the other company had charged me $80 to diagnose the panel incorrectly). I also had Justice install the outdoor outlets since I felt like they seemed honest. They installed my outdoor outlets and later on I realized that one of the outlets was not done how I wanted it, I talked with the owner and they came back and fixed it to how I wanted it with no additional charge. I feel like the owner is an honest guy and I value that when I am hiring people to work on my home.

Justice Electric is my go to electrician choice. Joe and his team are skilled and professional with every need. I'm a single Mom and I love knowing that I will be well cared for, treated respectfully like I have a brain, and comfortable with Justice electricians in my home. Recently, the team did a fantastic job helping me with substantial Derecho recovery.

They identified needs I would have missed and was so glad for their knowledge. From initial quotes through the final work, everything was done perfectly and cleaned up along the way. Thanks Justice Electric!

I needed outlets installed in an unfinished basement. While Cedar Rapids was in the repair phase from the derecho on August 10, Joe was able to fit my job in between other jobs already scheduled. The electrician was on time and so ready to help me make decisions on where the outlets needed to go. I now have a basement ready to go for my granddaughter to start remote learning on September 21. I had Justice Electric do a small job years ago on my upper duplex they did a great job. This year I was ready to have that upper duplex rewired from top to bottom. I called Justice because of the great service I received in the past. A bid was mailed to me, I called Justice and talked to Joe We set an appointment to go over the bid. Joe was on time we walked though the duplex he was very knowledgeable and pointed out what was to be done, or added.

On the day of service I received a call from Ron they were on their way. They showed up on time that Thursday started getting the tear out and basic work started. Friday they returned and finished wrapping up. I'm very pleased with Ron and Josh they did a great job and very professional. If you are needing electrical work done I'd call Justice Electric.

Why call anyone else? JUSTICE ELECTRIC does not disappoint. I would have gladly paid the price they quoted on the phone - but they ACTUALLY CHARGED ME LESS for an ABSOLUTELY FIRST-RATE PROFESSIONAL JOB. "Who says there's no Justice?" Not I - they're going to be my first and only choice when it's time to rewire my house (heads up, guys - I know Justice isn't blind).

Got an estimate. Not the lowest but sounded reasonable. Called three weeks ago and they told me they would order supplys and get back to me in a week. No call. So I called them. Joe told me with all the rain they where 4 jobs behind and he would try to get me in that week. Still no call that week. I called them again and was told maybe next week but couldn't give me any date and would call the night before. I let him know I need more of an advance then a night before. Still no call so I called today and was told It wouldn't be this week either and still couldn't give me a time.

We use Justice Electric for all our electrical needs. Prompt. Courteous. Great work every time

I had these guys install exterior can lighting across the front of my house along with a timer inside. The work looks great! I would have given them 5 stars except for the fact that I came home to find a 3/4" hole in my living room wall with drywall damage 1+" around it. It was never addressed, no reason ever given to me by Justice. I heard from my siding contractor who was also working on my house that the installer had to drill through a header over the front door, but this is second hand of course.

I understand installing electrical on an existing home sometimes encounters challenges, but it would have been nice to have it acknowledged and explained by the electrician. Today I got the bill, still no explanation. I got zilch unless you count the nice hole in my wall. Clearly I expected too much.

Justice Electric is a professional company. We have an older home so some of the wiring is outdated. We are doing a complete bathroom renovation and Justice was able to come in, finish the wiring and correct past deficiencies in a timely manner.
