I tried calling twice to ask for an appointment to troubleshoot my home's dryer outlet issue and was transferred to a voicemail box to schedule a residential appointment and left detailed messages each time. No response. I've heard they do great work but can't get a call back. Also I'd leave open the possibility that they can't find workers right now in a tight labor market.
