The crew that did the job was good. My complaints: It took twice as long as the businessman said it would. The paint's "guarantee" is not legitimate. We've had several issues with the paint. It is extremely delicate. A ladder with botties *and* sleeves took patches of the paint right off. This was 1 year after painting. We had a Command strip take off a splotch of paint too.

When we brought up our issues to the man who sold it to us, we were told none of it was covered. I'm not sure what's guaranteed if our $8,000 paint job can't hold up to the slightest touch. Do not recommend. The guy whole sold us on it is a crook. It was a big improvement to have our house painted, but don't look too closely. I'm dreading seeing how it will look in a few years.

The Rhino Shield team did an outstanding job on our home. The paint job was perfect; we did not see any errors in it and it is beautiful and built to last. The team was on time each day, considerate, careful, and wonderful to work with and even painted a couple of extra small items for us. It took about a week. I can't recommend them highly enough!

After refusing my now customer to be able to use their warranty on their house for paint that this company offered them a warranty of 25 years. I then asked ask the customer to call the company and get the color names after several times of requesting, the secretary then proceeded to tell me that the owner needed to look up the specific color, the owner finally after several attempts, decided to call my customer back and proceeded to refuse to give them the color code prior to leaving a bad review & hung up on my customer. I would never recommend this company. Unprofessional and down right rude.

Darrin came by and explained how Rhino Shield would paint (coat) our home and how much it would cost. He also mentioned that we would need to get some damaged wooden boards and siding replaced before the painting started. The workers were very polite and worked for several weeks power washing, replacing damaged wood and covering every window, door, etc. to protect it from overspray before priming and then applying the final coat of thick paint.

Our home looks better than new! In our opinion it has a much more classy look than vinyl siding, which was the other option we considered. With the 25 year transferable warranty that came with the job it was an easy decision choosing Rhino Shield over siding.

I have an old house with peeling aluminum siding. I looked into replacing and painting. After talking with Rhino Shield (no pressure and very professional) I went with them. Had a portion of my house coated with Rhino Shield. The product does have a rich, "thick" look and I fully expect it to hold up to the claims. I did have a problem with bubbling on the chimney due to water leaking in through the crown, no fault of the product. Darren was not hesitant to supply me with more material to take care of it after I had the leak fixed.

Not only that, but the color matched perfectly with the existing coating. I was very impressed and appreciative that he went out of his way when he was not at fault. If you are considering Rhino Shield you should also take into account Darren will stand behind the product. I highly recommend.

Darrin was a pleasure to work with. He responded extremely quick and his team addressed our questions/concerns. Our team and Forman kept us in the loop as the project progressed and came back to do touch-ups. Lastly you can't beat their warranty which gives us the peace of mind into the future that they will standby their job for years to come.

Using Rhino shield was a very easy decision for our business. They took a building that had almost 35 year old paint on it and made it look brand new. Not only did Darren finish the paint work in a very timely manner but the ability to handle the degree of difficulty was what impressed me. They worked on a weekend when we had no customers cars on the lot. Cleaned up any mess through out the job, and his workers were polite and very friendly. This product is not inexpensive, but for a 25-year, virtually maintenance-free warranty, it certainly seems to be worth it. I have a beautiful finish on a cedar exterior that i don't have to think about maintaining for the rest of the time that I'll be spending in this home. Also, that 25-year warranty is transferable to your buyer when you sell, which is a real plus.

Darrin and his crew did another job for me in 2009. They keep getting better and better! These men long, nonstop days and are professional from start to finish. Believe me, they had a difficult task, and paid attention to every single detail before they left.
