My experience with River City Cabinets was largely good except for some communication trouble during the process. From initial contact with them to the day we received our vanity was a little over 2 months. During that time we had some delays with getting the design completed and getting the order on the books due to issues getting in touch with Duane to get everything completed.
But the day the cabinet arrived I was very happy with how it came out - the cabinet is extremely high quality and the wood is beautiful. There was a broken drawer bracket that got fixed onsite when it arrived, other than that there were no issues with the final product. I'd recommend using them for your cabinet needs but be aware as with anything custom like cabinets, that the turnaround time will take a few months.

I happened upon RCC after getting quotes through several home centers. The showroom is very impressive and I thought there would be no way I could afford custom cabinets. Dan sat down and listened to me even though my project is much smaller than their typical clients from what I gathered. He gave me a quote with detailed drawings as well as a date for install. There were no surprises and everything went according to the schedule we originally agreed upon. I could not be happier with the service and quality of my new cabinets.
