Cleaning Wonders

The ladies of Cleaning Wonder did an outstanding cleaning job on our house. It was the first time we used them and I can't praise them enough. Every nook and cranny was addressed. Fantastic job ladies!

Do not use them nor trust. They accidentally set off our alarm twice and do an average job cleaning. They also chipped a few of our baseboards more than once because they rush cleaning. Ana is very unprofessional and does not respond to your calls unless it's for new business. Very disappointing.

Ana was professional and friendly, she gave me a fair price right off the bat. Oma and the crew that came to clean did a nice job. Phone calls were promptly returned and appointments were kept on time.

Let me start by saying I am much more eager to write good reviews rather than negative ones. With that said, sometimes you just have to take the time to warn people. After several people coming out and giving estimates we chose CW. Their initial clean was going to cost more, but their bi-weekly rate came in lower. After walking through my home Ana gave an estimate on both the initial and bi-weekly rate.

The problems started at the initial cleaning. It took almost twice the time to clean our home then she had estimated. double the price. (You pay per cleaning lady per hr) They did a great job cleaning & we decided to move forward to the bi-weekly schedule which was supposed to be a set rate. Same problem again. We were quoted a price for 2 hrs/2 ladies since Ana said they do the same floor plan elsewhere in 2 hrs.

The gals had 1/2 the house done at the 1.5 hr mark. I had them skip 3 downstairs rooms & they left after 2.5 hrs. Our bill was then more than our initial flat rate. Ana doesn't understand what flat rate means. She should be saying hourly. Bottom line, CW initial estimated fee was reasonable but to get our house, the exact house & furniture she walked through, cleaned we were going to pay MUCH more. Terrible business. They get 2 stars bc they did clean thoroughly for the deep clean.

They did a great job! This was a one-time cleaning but I really liked what they did, I am thinking about using them on a recurring basis!

I hired Ana to help my 72 year old mother get organized & clean her house. Well they went so far out of their way to be helpful, not only did they do a great job cleaning, my mom called and said she had a wonderful time & they laughed all day. Thanks Ana! I am going to get another cleaning for her birthday.

I have used Cleaning Wonders for about 5 years now. Their work is excellent and what's most important to me as a snow bird that frequently travels, is that I can count on them to come when scheduled and do an outstanding job. Anna and Mona are always available to me and can be counted on every time.

We have used Cleaning Wonders for two years. monthly service. Ana is very accommodating about scheduling; always professional and polite. The cleaning team is punctual, they do their work efficiently and thoroughly. They use their own products with one exception at my request. Pili is fantastic and very enjoyable to work with. I expect maintenance house cleaning; that is what we pay for and what we get.

Thumbs up for Cleaning Wonders. A year ago we moved to Paradise Valley from out of state and interviewed several well qualified cleaning firms to clean our home each week. We chose Annas firm, Cleaning Wonders. The price quoted was competitive and the work is always done to our expectations. If we have extra items to take care of they are unfailingly done to our satisfaction.

Everyone on the cleaning team is pleasant and cheerful. They work hard at their job and our home looks great after they finish. What else could anyone want from their home cleaners?
