Joe did a great job. We used Joe to complete a major renovation and addition to our home, adding over 500 square feet of space and modernizing our interior. Joe's craftsmanship and attention to detail were second to none, and we have been very happy with our new space. Much of what he created sprung out of his idea and vision with clear and focused conversations with us, which was truly helpful as we were not sure what we were doing from the beginning. Impressively, Joe was able to complete everything within our budget, despite the onset of Covid and the rise of material cost. Joe negotiated and fought for us in this regard and became a true "one stop shop, " handling all aspects of the addition. We love our new space and it is as if we are living in a brand new home! Joe made our 1965 ranch house feel like a modern, custom built luxury home.

3 words to describe Joe. Cunning, Deceitful, and Manipulative. He was hired to do a screened in porch and long story short, we fired him after he quoted us $3800 to move a shed (which we got moved for $300). We checked the receipts and discovered that he ordered tools on our dime (a ladder, drill, and saws) that we were not able to recover. He is a very charismatic guy, but it's mask to cover his true identity.

I later found out he also stole from 3 elderly couple and took their money, but never completed the job. He is being sued by all of them. He is the perfect example of a crooked contractor that people need to avoid at all cost. Please listen to me and stay away from this individual.

Overall my experience with Joe was a positive and rewarding. I enjoyed the employees, they are hard working and always complete the work in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend them to whoever needs their services Service: Remodeling

I had a set time and date for an estimate. I took off work to be home. I received a call the night before confirming the appointment. Joe was a no call, no show. Very inconsiderate since I lost work time over this. When I called to inquire where he was and emailed the same, I received no response, no call back. Rude and inconsiderate.

We are really enjoying our new addition! Joe and his team were professional and respectful of our needs throughout the process. Joe was willing to work with us and addressed our building questions with expertise and insight. We would very much recommend JP Construction!

We recently hired JP Custom Carpentry to build custom built ins in the living room. This is the fourth project we have hired Joe and his team to do (1. Installed new vinyl siding on my house, 2. Replaced 19 windows 3. Repaired a leaking fireplace). We are completely satisfied with all of the projects. For the built ins, Joe came in and surveyed the room with my rough sketches and made great suggestions that we used to enhance the finished product. We love the class and elegance that these built ins have added to our home. We have a long list of projects that we will be using JP Custom Carpentry for in the future.

Joe and John were great to work with. They are all about customer service and will do what's necessary to make sure it's done. We are very happy with their services and my wife LOVES the new tile bathroom floors! I would recommend them to everyone.

We hired Joe to do a laundry room remodel for us that involved essentially moving our washer and dryer from a small side room off our kitchen to a new room upstairs to be dedicated to laundry, but needing to be outfitted with W/D hookups/plumbing, flooring, electrical, and cabinets/counters for storage and folding space.

JP Custom Carpentry just recently finished a complete renovation on our recently purchased home in North Hills (Raleigh), NC. When we purchased the home we really liked the exterior and the location was unbelievable just next to North Hills Mall -but the home being build in the late 1960's was really showing its age internally.

Joe has done several jobs for me. The last one he did was a very large project downtown that consisted of renovating a current home and adding on an addition to it. The scope of work was very large and nothing was missed!

We hired Joe to do a laundry room remodel for us that involved essentially moving our washer and dryer from a small side room off our kitchen to a new room upstairs to be dedicated to laundry, but needing to be outfitted with W/D hookups/plumbing, flooring, electrical, and cabinets/counters for storage and folding space. With a baby on the way, we were both budget conscious and under some time constraints. Joe met our needs for our budget without sacrificing attention to detail or quality. And, although our project was small in comparison to many of the larger home remodels Joe often does, he always made us feel like our project was equally as important.

He was able to start almost immediately and complete the project in a matter of weeks. In addition, Joe and his crew were hardly disruptive as they worked primarily while we were at work for the day and always cleaned up prior to leaving, although Joe kept us well informed with updates as things progressed. We are very pleased with the final product and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.
