Painting Plus

Painting Plus did an AMAZING job with our home. It is difficult finding a contractor who is able to lime wash, Painting Plus delivered. Our sales rep, Chad Rocco, was a great communicator. He was on time to appointments, returned calls and checked in with me for the entirety of this project. He went well above expectations. Our project manager, Edwardo, did a great job making sure the project was done to perfection.

He is a true artist with his lime washing skills. He did a fantastic job calming my nerves when I picked a lime wash color that I wasn't happy with. And, of course, guided me in the right direction to find the color I did want. I also want to recommend Gustavo who lead the painting crew. The team left no stone unturned. No detail was too small for his attention. The crew did a great job cleaning up and leaving my home is great shape! I am beyond pleased with Painting Plus!

I've had Painting Plus do multiple projects for me over the years. Replacing siding, windows, gutters. The most recent project with Painting Plus was replacing my roof. This was my first time working with Haley and she and her team did very well. The roof looks great, it went on quickly, the site was kept clean, and nails were picked up magnetically at the end. I've been and continue to be very happy with Painting Plus. I will keep using them.

The team exceeded my expectations. Pressure washing the house on day one and then caulking and prepping for day 2. Exceptional detail on repairs needed. Our experience with Painting Plus was very good. The project manager, Eduardo is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable with the product and has a very keen eye on detail. He is extremely responsive and gets the job done when he says he will. He also has an outstanding experienced crew. They made sure the job was done right. They went above and beyond with painting our house.

I would recommend them to anyone who is painting their house inside and out. Very professional and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Eduardo and crew for a great job. We are very pleased with our home.

Bottom line first: Make sure you have them list ALL the prices of each item that goes into the total and make sure everything you asked for and expect to have done is on your quote. Back story that made me suspicious: I used to help a friend install blinds and one blind salesman he worked for used to send us out to jobs and we would install a whole house full of blinds only to be short two blinds.

My friend stated that he used that trick to get the sale because the total would be more attractive to the householder than their other quotes. They were never happy, but since they didn't check the quote thoroughly they had to pay to get the remaining blinds. CHECK YOUR QUOTE THOROUGHLY We received our first proposal and noticed some work we definitely asked for was not included in the very wordy contract. Also, I was told they offered 0% financing for 12 months through a third party, which I stated I would be interested in, but that info was not on the proposal either.

So we got another quote and the numbers weren't adding up. When I asked Kent about the obvious error he said the extra $1010 was for financing, the ZERO percent financing. This was never disclosed and yet he had the audacity to say, 'I thought you knew.' So he thought I knew that subtracting the first quote with the last quote that the difference must be for 0% financing.

He just acted like it was my fault and quickly did the takeaway (another sales trick) and said he'd have his guys come and pick up the materials they had just dropped off. Also, Painting Plus will charge you 3% to use a credit card. If you fall for this and pay cash you will lose your chargeback rights if things go south. Kent gave me confidence and I trusted him.

He said he had over 25 years of experience doing this. I am so glad I caught this before they started work. The irony is I would have paid whatever was on the quote because I liked him over the other two I looked at.

We recently had our home painted by Painting Plus. Not only did they do a great job with the painting, they came back to replace various windows and did a great job with that project as well! Three of the windows were incredibly difficult to replace but they did it. These guys were the neatest workers we've ever had in our home. When they left for the day, you couldn't tell they had been there. Everything was cleaned up! I didn't have to clean up after them! A huge plus for me. Thank you Anthony, Eduardo and your crew!

We worked with the Project Manager, Danny, as our point of contact. He conducted the estimate and then walked us through the various jobs. We had the entire exterior of the house repainted, the inside of the back porch, the cement floor of the back porch, and two rooms on the interioir. The workers were all extremely.professional.and courteous. They were diligent and respectful of our property. We are planning on using this company again for more painting, storm windows, and a possible addition.

I contacted Painting Plus to replace the siding of my home. They offered me a fantastic price for all the work that was done which included replacing the siding and gutters and painting the new siding. The work was done within a week and I have zero complaints about the quality. The workers were all friendly, professional and punctual. I am very happy with my decision to go with this company! We absolutely loved working with Peter! He was so easy to work with - professional but relaxed and fun to spend time with while choosing colors, discussing ideas and implementing our plans! We made a huge change on the exterior of our house and we were a little nervous but he made sure to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout the process.

Our deck and the back of our house siding was damaged and the repairs they made were perfect! Peter's team was also very thorough and met all of our detailed requests executing just perfectly. If there was something not quite right they made it right. They also repaired and painted a ceiling and did some cool painting in our son's room. We couldn't be happier and will not use any one else for our painting needs going forward. We could not recommend them any more!

I just had the exterior of my house painted. Robert was wonderful to work with. We walked around the house and he explained in detail what needed to be done and his recommendations. Robert and his co-worker did a great job doing the necessary repairs and painting. Very friendly, showed up every day and did a great job! I would use them again!

Painting Plus rebuilt my side and back decks last summer. The workmanship and aesthetics was great. There were a few minor issues and they came back immediately to fix them. However, a few months ago, I discovered that they accidently covered the outside dryer vent when rebuilding the side deck, causing me to have to buy a new dryer. Even though it had been almost a year since the work was completed, I contacted Charlie (the owner) and he made it right. He's a fair and honest businessman that stands behind his crew's work. That's an important characteristic not always found these days. I would recommend this company and would use them again for other home improvements.

Atlanta Painting Company did a good job with my inside painting. My painting project included an exercise room, den, bonus room, and a kitchenette. There is stained wood floor molding in every room. I was very happy with the overall painting and clean up. Efren was the painter, his preparation and detail was good. I would recommend him again. Marcus was the project manager, he visited the site each day.

He listen to any of my concerns and made sure that they were address. I paid for the services once the job was complete and all of the paint was dry. This gave me time to clean and arrange things back in place before the final payment. Thus, allowing me to examine their work very carefully.

My experience with Painting Plus was so good and positive that I recommended them to do work on my parent's new house. Tim Walters was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job making sure this project was completed perfectly. The crews were courteous, reliable, and communicated so that we always knew what to expect the next day or in near future.

My contact with Painting Plus began in Nov 2020 about a potential deck/screen porch concept that expanded my old deck (one photo attached). I provided a drawing and we agreed on cost. Demolition began on Feb 25 (one photo attached for reference) with an ~11 week timeline that did not factor industry wide supply chain issues. Several photos of the finished product are included, captured on May 14, 2021 (the evening photo is from May 2 prior to cleanup) and all inspections had been completed.

This project finished quite literally in 11 weeks. All that to say, it was on time and on budget. I'm writing this review as we enter the 2021 college football season and I want to express how happy and satisfied I am with the results Painting Plus provided. This space is my favorite part of our house and I would urge you to consider them, and in particular, Tim Walters, for your project. By the way, my parents were just as satisfied with the results on their project as well.

Great group of folks! Easy to deal with and had lots of ideas that helped me figure out the best way to bring my house out of the 80's. I was very happy with the results.

I hired Painting Plus to re-roof my home after having been pleased with their painting. Also. Charlie Sr was a neighbor of mine. On the last day of the job, their roofers put a nail through a sprinkler pipe, flooding my entire house. After assuring me that they would "make it right, " their insurance company would pay for and repair the extensive damage to my home, they walked away from the claim, saying it wasn't their fault.

I couldn't reach them, they were completely unresponsive. My insurance company paid to have the extensive ($30,000+) damage repaired. I had to pay my deductible. I would never use this company again for anything.

Upon completion of our new deck, we highly recommend Painting Plus. They were professional, arrived every day at 8:00 and even worked 1/2 day on Saturday. The deck has no steps so everything was done high off the ground. They were able to work around many complexities. From the very start, Kent 770 560-1773 saw our vision. Charlie was recommended to me by my agent to repaint my entire house interior after purchasing a beautiful home in desperate need of an upgrade. Knowing I was worried given the large scope of the project, Charlie went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable with the paint colors before moving forward, working with multiple samples and clearly talking through the different paint types and why he was using them for different areas in the house (why trim and shutters should use one type versus the kitchen island versus the walls, etc).

He committed to a timeline and stuck to it. He made a fantastic recommendation for our floors and a flooring company that did a wonderful job. Most importantly, he was always present-- available for phone calls and regularly coming on-site not only to monitor and assess his crew's progress but also to get his hands dirty himself- a very rare quality indeed.

Since he worked closely with the flooring company and electric company, he ensured a smooth flow of scheduling and even sent his team back to do shoe molding and floorboards after the floors were done as he knew they would require additional attention after ripping up the floors. The paint job is absolutely stunning-- it looks like a completely different house and I'm really pleased with the results.

Since then, I've expanded my projects with Charlie to include painting my garage, power-washing and staining my barn and brush-cutting my property. Charlie truly does it all. I know I can count on him and he will continue to be my go-to guy for all projects moving forward.

Recently had Charlie and the staff reside and paint my business and home. Unbelievable quality for a great value. They've also replaced my roof and gutters with flawless craftsmanship. Charlie and Kent have always made great recommendations for materials and even paint colors. I am a lifer with Painting Plus and will always recommend them to friends and family.

Painting Plus has painted our house three times in the twenty two years we have lived here. They have always done an excellent job. They show up on time and call if they cannot come. They have been very helpful with everything from selecting paint colors to new windows and doors. They just finished painting our home and they made our 30+ year old home look new again. If you live in an older home, don't tear it down or move. Freshen it up with an awesome paint job by Painting Plus-you won't be disappointed.

Worked with Painting Plus to paint the exterior of our house as well as install gutters through their Gutters Plus division. I worked with Matt who did a good job managing the painting of the exterior of our house despite multiple delays due to weather and their main painter injuring themselves. Our main issue came with the gutter install. We initially chose Painting Plus despite their higher than other quoted price we received because they would be able to work through both our painting and gutters. However, a few days went by after our painting was completed without us hearing or seeing anyone show up for gutters.

It took me calling Matt and the company multiple times to understand when to expect the gutters. While they blamed it on a packed Gutter-install schedule, I cannot help but believe that they completely forgot about our job due to the frantic responses we received that were unable to give us a timeline 4 days past the completion of painting.

It's not often I have a positive experience with anyone that comes to do work on my home. So I feel compelled to write about my recent experience with Painting Plus. This was the second time I had a large project completed on my home by Charlie Dallavalle at Painting Plus.

I was impatient to get gutters on our old 1954 house. My husband was insistent on installing them himself but that idea didn't sound so great to me. I called several companies and they were the only company that could come out that day. Sandy H. came out to do measurements. She was so friendly and professional.

I researched, obtained quotes and interviewed at least 6 qualified siding, roofing and painting contractors. I chose these guys based on qualifications in all three areas, evaluated their honesty and their price. They won the job and then followed thru with everything as discussed and exceeded my expectations.

I recently hired Painting Plus to complete $4400 worth of work to my home: replacing rotten trim, replacing two windows, and a few other miscellaneous things. A job that should have taken a few days to perform stretched over few weeks. Someone from their crew would schedule a time with me (some of the work was inside) and I'd take time of work to meet them, only to have them fail to show and fail to call.

They never replaced my screens or portions of my gutters and they discarded portions of my house alarm system in my old windows even after I alerted them to that issue. Icing on the cake? I called to complain several times and their response basically like, "yeah, hard to find good workers, sorry." Overall a very bad experience.

I got four estimates for new siding & painting for my townhome. Painting Plus/Siding Plus provided a very competitive quote that included everything I asked for plus a few repairs. Based on this & their excellent reviews online, I chose them for the work, and I'm very glad I did. I lucked out when the project scheduled for the week following my decision was postponed, and they were able to get started on my home right away.

They were done in less than a week, which was very impressive. They also kept me up to date on progress or any issues. I'm not an expert in siding or painting, but I have gone through this before, and I feel the quality of the work was very good. The hardiplank was seamless, the repairs done well, & the painting was precise. Overall, I was very impressed with this company & would recommend them to others.

Painting Plus replaced our roof recently and did an amazing job from start to finish. Sandy met with the claims adjuster and us, she was attentive to our needs and budget and gave several recommendations - she was professional and courteous and worked around our hectic schedule.

My wife and I have used Painting Plus to completely repaint the entire interior of our home. The price was reasonable and the quality outstanding. Charlie Dallavalle (Project Manager) was so knowledgeable; we ultimately contracted with painting plus to remodel our entire kitchen. New marble countertops, custom cabinetry, tile, wiring, and the works.

In preparation to sell my downtown loft, Painting Plus was referred to me by my realtor. Rob was on time for the estimate. This was my second estimate and he came in under a little the first one. I felt it was a very fair price. The day he came to start the job he presented a very detailed contract with the scope of work so there would not be any misunderstandings on what I expected. He started the job on time and ended it when he said he would be finished. He did a fabulous job. I couldn't be more happy.

First got a quote for $2800 for a 2 story house. A little bit high but thought if would be worth it. When I was ready to sign off Jeremy Coates informed me that he had given me too low of a price and would need to increase the quote up to $3700 to cover his cost! That's a 30% increase! That is bad business practice and underhanded. Bad company to work with.

Great experience! We have just completely updated the outside of our home and could not be happier with the results. We have seen these guys throughout our neighborhood for years. They were our second quote and upon our first meeting we knew it was a good fit. John Martin was our rep who made this large task seamless. These guys were able to handle all areas of our job without outside help, which was great. John was very creative and great to work with. We really enjoyed our team with him and his crew. Thanks guys! We are saving to redo the inside now.

This is a good crew to have all kinds maintenance performed on your home - painting, roofing, gutters, repairs, etc. We call these people first.
